GGuest UserEverything about the property is top class, location, hospitality, food, rooms, cleanliness, everything is good. Only thing is that there is no valet parking and the parking space is shared with blink-it warehouse.

GGuest UserHad an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza! The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was taken care of promptly. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and a wide variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone looking for a premium hospitality experience and would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserWe were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next.
We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too.
Great stay!

DDmitry_tvI stayed at this hotel several times a few years ago and now decided to stay here. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, cosmetics are good. But that's what changed so that breakfast, basically no sausages and noodles, you can certainly ask omlet and pancakes or dos, but where is the usual food? Three times breakfast and only one day was of meat sausage, as well as beans, which were not in the other two days. Fruit cuts one person in such a volume that even at 7:30 a.m. there is not enough for 5-10 people who come to this time. At the same time, dinners are good, big choice and diversity. Adjust breakfast!
Service at the same time in the restaurant is good!

PPANCHALLocated at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste, quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

AAlingo ChienThe hotel is a 750m walk from the train station (Red Line MRT station). The front desk manager was very helpful and allowed early check-in. The room was average (soundproofing was decent), but unfortunately, bottled water cost extra. About 1.3km from the hotel is Aminabad Market, which is even more lively during Diwali. Many famous Lucknow restaurants are also located in that area. The Red Line MRT does not reach Rumi Darwaza or other famous tourist attractions. Taking an Uber Auro tuk-tuk from the hotel costs approximately Rs. 80-120 in cash (depending on the time of day; round up to the nearest whole number as a tip). (Some drivers are very honest and kind; they might accept Rs. 100 for a fare of Rs. 103.18. I always gave Rs. 120 to thank the driver, who was happy to oblige.) P.S. Some drivers might try to negotiate the price or refuse a fare at the last minute.
