GGuest UserGood and comfortable stay. Staff are very courteous and helpful. However, few things could have been better. Daily room cleaning and service wasn't done while my stay at the hotel. Also lack of hot water in the bathroom was another disappointment. Overall, i will recommend this hotel looking for a short stay in kollam.

GGuest UserThe location was close to the High school junction. The room was neat and spacious. The only downside was there was no food at the hotel itself. But he front desk was very welcoming and provided water and necessities as soon as we asked

GGuest UserThe property is in a quiet and peaceful street only 1. 5 km from both the railway station and the ksrtc bus stand and can be easily located with the directions of the google map. Overall, the stay was good. The front desk personnels were friendly and very co-operative. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The room was spacious and clean. Cleanliness of the bathroom was good. I am not giving a 5-star rating to this otherwise nice property because of the following reasons: 1) the restaurant at the property was not functioning; 2) hot water was not available in the bathroom and the door latch of the bathroom was not working; 3) sufficient quantity of tea/coffee, sugar and milk powder sachets were not provided; and 4) got drinking water only after asking. Still, i recommend this property for a brief or overnight stay.
