This was my fourth stay at hotel dc star and needless to say that when one stays at a particular hotel for the fourth time straight, it means the hotel is wonderful. The hotel staffs are friendly and very cooperative. The food is delicious and easy on the palette. The prices are right. Cleanliness is spot on. The location of thr hotel is excellent. You can go to tarapith, nalteswari or akalipur from here with ease. A must stay hotel if you want to visit the religious places.

The amenities at Bina Pani Delix 1 could have been significantly improved, especially when considering the price charged. For instance, some essential services like Wi-Fi stability and cleanliness in common areas could be enhanced. Additionally, the range of available amenities, such as fitness options or entertainment facilities, are somewhat limited compared to similar properties in the same price range. Guests paying a premium rate expect a higher level of comfort and convenience, but the current offering seems to fall short of that. A few upgrades in the amenities could elevate the overall experience, ensuring that guests feel their money is well spent. In summary, while the property has potential, the value for money isn't fully realized unless there is a noticeable improvement in the amenities provided. Addressing these gaps would make Bina Pani Delix 1 a more competitive option in the market.

The location is good, away from the crowd. It is about 10 km from santiniketan biswa bharti so it is best suited for those who have their own vehicle. There is ample parking space and a dorm for drivers. It is not the typical hotel. It is actually a residential complex with 31/32, 4 storey buildings. Many of them are privately owned. The rooms are quite small and the balcony is even smaller. There is no lift in any of the buildings so it might get a little difficult for senior citizens. The exteriors are nicely decorated. The staff is very polite and efficient. The panthashala restaurant is decently priced.

The hotel has a good swimming pool with 6. 6 feet depth. Room is decent but the washroom is not up to the mark. The hotel is approx 1km from the tarapith temple. We have enjoyed my trip with good accommodation and service. Inhouse restaurant and outer sitting area available in the property.
