Hotel is good however there were no curtains at washroom, glasses were dirty, water container was damaged. Staff was good, location is superb,

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. Saw a lot of mixed reviews, was a little worried but it turned out pretty well. Room was quite spacious and clean. Everything was provided all kits and room service was prompt too. Though i found a mosquito but the room had all out. The only thing was its cost almost 7k without breakfast was too much seeing the property and room.

average hotel with basic amenities. It was heavily overpriced (although we stayed during Kumbh Mela time, so such a hike was expected). We stayed at a Deluxe room, no. 304. Room was pretty small, toilet latch was not working, lots of mosquitoes. This room had two single beds joined together, although MMT booking offered queen bed. This particular room lacked ventilation and external light as well as view, although other rooms in hotel are better than this room. Breakfast spread was very limited. Food hugely overpriced and taste was so-so. This particular room didn't have a phone either. Good things are: location was good. Staffs are polite, helpful and accommodative. Restaurant service available throughout the day until 11pm. Room service was good. On a final note: This is more of a B and B type hotel. Can stay if price is reasonable during non-Kumbh time.

It was a good stay at hotel vashitha. Staff was very good and helpful. There is proper cleanliness of rooms and all the accessories they have provided. Only the thing lacking was that at the time trip there staff that prepares food was not present, so you have depend on zomato or sweegy for this. Rest its okay very near to railway station.

Location though was easy bang opposite Hotel needs to correct that. Very misleading info. The hotel reception staff that day was awful. Though rooms are average but it seems property is quite old. Room wall papers are peeling. Staff talks in loud voice in the corridor outside which disturbs the ppl inside the rooms. The room otherwise would have merited not more than 2000 on other than Kumbh days. Food was average and averagely priced too. Beds were clean and bathroom too was average clean. One can say that was the only saving grace. I booked in majboori only Should be booked in majboori only.
