Care~Stayed for 3 nights there. Location and food (breakfast) were great. Air conditioner worked. The owners (especially the husband as i dont see the wife as often) were so friendly and helpful.
One time i forgot the room key on the table in front of my room and went somewhere. He kept the key and everything was exactly how i left them be.
And i asked for ice for injury, and they offered more than 1 ice pack. Even offered a ride to do massage.
The cleaning lady was also very friendly.
Would definitely come again one day if i could go back to Batukaras.

The scenery and the private sea from the hostel were fantastic, but it was a bit unfortunate that I couldn't swim due to the waves.
This is my second visit, and I see a little less managed than before.
The water supply in the shower room is not maintained, so the water stream is not constant and there was a smell in the room. There is a humidity problem because it is around the beach.

Stay 2 night in the weekend, the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is good, behind the unoccupied market, close to west beach where you can relax and swim. Some facilities need to be maintain though...

The location is in the middle of a fishing village. At night around the hotel it is quiet and dark. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m. The atmosphere of the hotel itself is quite comfortable with its ethnic ***a. The toilet is really good. The hotel manager is friendly and helpful. The fried rice breakfast was delicious, I even gave a bonus portion for my child. Excellent!

Sri Melti M AlikanurHonestly, it was a genuinely pleasant stay here. The room with a balcony directly overlooking the beach was fantastic; it was even better to relax out there. Breakfast was also very delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pangandaran.

The room itself was great, but the lighting could definitely be brighter. It felt a bit dim and murky.
The bathroom light also needs to be much brighter/higher wattage because it's so dark it almost feels a bit spooky.
They should also consider providing hair dryers, especially since it's a beach location and guests would certainly need one.
During my stay, because it was a holiday, there were a few things missing in the room: no sugar or tea, and we had to ask for a bathmat and towels 🫢🫢.
However, the service was really good overall.

From several hotels and resorts in Pangandaran, based on personal experience this is the best. Hotel facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere are great. Not too crowded even though it's high season. It's like if there is a chance to take a holiday in Pangandaran, I'll stay at the Menara Laut again.

MarlennaThis hotel really needs improvements! The furniture is quite old, and so is the TV. The bathroom has some mold, although the hot water works well.
The pool also needs better maintenance! it wasn’t clean, and there seemed to be too much chlorine. On the positive side, the security staff was friendly.
