Facilities: relatively old, it is a longer-term hotel
Service: The front desk reception is very good, there is no problem with English communication, and there is a conversion plug at the front desk that can be borrowed, which is very good.
Environment: It can be seen that it has been brilliant, and the environment of the hall is quite good.

Untuk hotel bintang 3 fasilitasnya lumayan, walaupun ada beberapa fasilitas lain seperti tv, air pancuran dan wastafelnya perlu diperbaiki lagi. Mungkin tvnya pake analog jdi channelnya gak ada yg bagus, air wastafelnya kurang banyak yang mengalir, dan air pancurannya kadang tdk mengeluarkan air panasnya.
Tapi secara pelayanan dari karyawannya sangat bagus. Kalo diminta untuk membersihkan, mereka gercep.
Lokasinya juga strategis krn bersebelahan dengan MP. Kalo mau pesan makan di luar hotel juga banyak pilihannya.

The location is strategic, in fact, the concept is good, but it is not maintained.. dusty, the bad thing is that the towel given is more like a foot mat even torn everywhere
