Hotels with Parking in Lengkong

Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

Would love to recommend this place for the small group of family. The unit is awesome. Easy to check in although we arrived past midnight. The pro was just that the internet coverage were horrible (using esim from telkosem) and we can’t access and changed the netflix account. Anyhow we having a great stay at your place. Nice interior and designs of the unit as well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really love everything about this hotel. The atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming, and the people who work here are super nice and helpful. It honestly felt like home during my stay. I’ll definitely come back again whenever I get the chance!

Things to note 1. Parking and valet management is concerning. Should wait 20mins++ to enter the lobby area before dropping for valet. No information provided from the parking staff, making us waiting in the car unknowingly 2. Hot water is not working properly. Place the water knob on the middle, but the water is changing rapidly from cold water then suddenly very hot water then cold again, and keep changing. Making less comfortable for bath 3. No shower door. Causing water to splash everywhere 4. Hand soap is not refilled 5. Other is okay and room is in good conditions and room is clean.

The price is cheap and the place is quite comfortable, only the facilities are not very complete.

Windowless room. It was very noisy in the room because there was a restaurant above us, and someone was already clanging dishes at 5 AM, and karaoke was blaring in the evening.

Very old building with basic amenities. Need some improvement and refurbished. The room size is ok. The aircond at the 1st room given at the ground floor is faulty. After few minutes trying the staff decided to offer 2nd room at the 1st floor. The guest house full with trees but unfortunately the guest can smoke freely at the compound in front of the rooms. We can still smell the cigarette smoke lingering around the compound. We saw a plug at the common area that being tampered with soooo many plaster. It should be repaired for safety.

Am staying in hotel kumala . For 6 nights . Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv

Okay location, friendly service, Okay hygiene, suitable for those who want to go to Bandung on vacation
