Outstanding
Had a really pleasant stay at Vasa Suite Surabaya. The room was great, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfy and made it easy to rest well. The toiletries provided were also quite nice, although the soap had a slightly old and musty smell. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the overall experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The rooms are clean, quite spacious, comfortable, cold AC. It's just that we haven't been able to lend prayer tools. The prayer room also doesn't provide prayer tools, only prayer mats. The rest is okay

Reccomended accomodation in the center of surabaya city, the facilty is good and staff very welcome and helpfull, i was coming with my family and parent with a special needed, and all the staff is very helpfull to treat my parent, thank you maxone.
