Kasih saran aja handuknya kenapa selalu kecil kayak keset lantai aja. Tolong handunya pakai yg besar jgn beralasan habis atw tidak kering masihan. Kalau kamar bagus bersih fasilitas lengkap ada kulkas tv bebas rokok AC lemari dan kursi meja kasur. Yg g aq suka cuma sllu bermalam handuknya kayak keset kecil

The service is very friendly and in my opinion the cleanliness is pretty good. The facilities are sufficient and suitable for the price. Only 1 toothpaste and toothbrush were given. Even though there were 2 people in the room. I deliberately didn't ask the receptionist. I'd rather just buy it outside rather than having to worry about it. Next time you can try staying at the Bella Hotel but want a room on the 2nd floor.

The location is quite strategic, big appreciation for all the staff because they are very helpful and friendly, especially the security guard 👍🏻 For the facilities according to the price, the downside is that the bathroom is a bit smelly, the toilet is difficult to flush. Hopefully it will be fixed soon for the future
