The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. The walls are a bit thin, and you can hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway.

The place is aesthetic, there's just a bit of dust in a few spots but it's not too bothersome. The breakfast was good, service was okay. If I'm ever in Bandung looking for a strategically located hotel, I'd definitely come back here.

The location was fantastic, being close to many attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.

The hotel is not too big and the check in and out process is not complicated. You can get as much drinking water as you like in the hallway. However, the room is a bit cramped if you bring your family.

Oster is clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful. Two things they need to improve are that we need hand soap in every wasteful in the place.and please provide slides or sandals so we can wear them around the place, specifically go to the bathroom and toilet.
