The entrance of the apartment is very dirty and ugly. We had to go through garbage collection point and public toilets. Moreover, it's very hard to walk up more than twenty steps with a suitcase nearly 20 kgs. The contact lady does not communicate with us well before we arrive. The room is well decorated and comfortable, with all necessities available.
