Absolutely astonishing location and perfect hygiene everywhere, attentive and professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay even more pleasant and memorable. The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city. Loved every single second of my stay!

First and foremost, the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, food, and service all meet the standards of a good hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Nikolaos, just a few minutes' walk from the port and the local center. There's no on-site parking, but valet parking is available (free, tipping is optional). Almost all water tours depart from the port next door, making this hotel incredibly convenient. The scenery is stunning. However, Nikolaos is located near the easternmost point of Crete, about an hour's drive from the popular city of Heraklion and about four hours from Chania. If you're coming from the west specifically to stay at this hotel, public transportation is time-consuming, taxis are expensive, and driving is simply too arduous.

Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

Beach is small but very good , nice soft sand , protected from wind , transparent water. Buffet. One for breakfast and dinner looks like cantina with too many package tourists not a pleasant spending time there And that’s a real pity that the hotel doesn’t have only breakfast. Rooms with a mountain view are not having view at all only to the plants in front of hotels , all mountains are closed by the bushes , if you book this category of rooms ask for the highest floor

A very good hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The girl at the front desk is a true professional—very friendly, sweet, and helpful with everything. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I had known, I would have stayed longer.

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
