The stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the service. I requested a duvet for my baby's crib because there was no bedding provided. Unfortunately, I was told that none were available. Instead, I was given a towel to place on the hard wooden base of the crib, which was not suitable for a baby.
As a result, I had to use my own duvet for my baby and sleep without one myself. This was very inconvenient and not what I expected from Hilton since I have been in many of their hotels in Dubai and the service was top!. I am not happy with the level of service provided here in Luton.

Erick LouisLate to the hotel due to the flight delay and delay from Gdansk, anyway, hotel room is great and available for late check out with £10/hr, reasonable, and have a good sleep.Anyway, you may call a taxi to go to the hotel, a but inconvenient that you know Luton airport is really inconvenient.
