The entrance to the hotel is not very easy to find, and a narrow path outside a parking lot and gas station can be opened. Breakfast is in the house where the front desk is located.

We were enroute from Burgundy to Paris. The hotel has character, unlike the typical chain. The building is old, and this creaky floors are all over the hotel. We didn't get a view of the canal, but I can imagine the rooms with a view of the canal would be much more pleasant. We had rooms facing the parking lot. We only stayed for one night, and didn't really use any of the hotel facilities. The bathrooms are small....like almost unable to turn.

Help us upgrade the family room. The price and the room are really affordable. The breakfast is small but the taste is good. The parking lot is at the hotel entrance. The parking is very convenient. It is a good place to go to Paris.

The hotel is well located in Auxerre, 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Very clean, friendly and prepared staff. We had the luck of having the greatest room. Very comfortable bedroom, seemed to be with the topper. Abundant and well-variable breakfast. Since Ibis budget, experience has exceeded expectations. Most advisable

Hotel correct, il faut toutefois s’accommoder des horaires. Les arrivées ne se font qu'à partir de 16h, et le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h. Si vous envisagez des rendez vous professionnels tôt ou des randonnées matinales, il faudra y aller à jeun ! Par ailleurs des affichettes sympathiques vous invitent à ne pas enlever quoi que ce soit de la salle de petit déjeuner, et d'autres vous menacent d'un surcout de 20 € si vous quittez la chambre. La confiance est donc assez modeste à l'égard du client, l'hôte est plus que précautionneux. Bref un accueil rare dont je ne chercherai pas à bénéficier de nouveau.

Good location, and service👍👍👍 The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough for our needs. Parking was very convenient, just front of the hotel.
