Kyriad Sens ★★★
"The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. You can only drive in through a very narrow road at the outermost of a parking lot and a gas station. It is a motel with rows of bungalows. You can park your car at the door of your room. It is cost-effective. The room is not big. Dinner can be booked in the hotel's own restaurant. It is quite crowded. Breakfast is in the house where the reception is located."
Hôtel de la Poste Avallon ★★★★
"It was just perfect, absolutely perfect! We'll be back very soon."
Ibis Budget Auxerre Nord ★★
"The hotel in the town was temporarily set on the same day, clean and tidy. Very good, the price is not expensive"
The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Normandie, Auxerre ★★★
"There are not many hotels to choose from in Auxerre, so I chose a hotel that is not too small and not a B&B. However, the hotel is simple and poor in all aspects. It is at the domestic two-star level and is not suitable for business travel."
Epona Hôtel Sens ★★★★
"Super hotel & services !!"
Premiere Classe Auxerre ★★
"The reception is located in another hotel (on the other side of the parking lot) and we had not been informed in advance, We all hear what's going on in the rooms around the corner. No toilet brush, rickety bathroom handle, front door jamb cracks, tiny bathroom and very poor wifi. Sturdy and very comfortable bed The breakfast is excellent (cold meats, hot pastries, fruit juices, etc.)!"
Logis Hostellerie des Clos et Restaurant Bistrot des Grands Crus ★★★
Premiere Classe Sens Nord - Saint CLÉMENT ★★
"Simple but clean. Nice staff and good breakfast."
Hotel le Maxime, BW Signature Collection ★★★★
"Excellent location just at the bank of River Yonne and very close to the old town and the bridges where you can take some of the most scenic photos. The slight disappointment was that the car park was full. So we have to park at the parking meter opposite the hotel."
Choose the Perfect Yonne Stay for Your Travel Needs
Brit Hotel Dak Hotel
"We originally planned on staying 2 nights at this hotel but ended up staying 5. Clean, comfortable and location is great for exploring Burgundy. We didn’t purchase breakfast but it looked very good. Staff was very helpful with needs that we had."
Manoir de La Croix Saint Louis "Luxury Guest House"
La Maison d'Hotes de Toucy
"My family and I (2x adults and 2x children) had a brilliant stay just a couple of days ago - we were very well looked after by our host from the point we checked in and we very recommend a stay at La Maison D'hotes de Toucy. Thank you, everything was perfect!"
Ibis Styles Auxerre Nord
"good address"
Domaine du Roncemay - Hôtel, Restaurants, Spa & Golf
Le Manoir des Chapelles
"We originally booked in here for one night but ended up staying for three! This is a lovely and welcoming home. The parking is totally secure but as you're in the middle of the countryside you don't need to worry about it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and large, we particularly liked the balcony room. The owners are the most charming people and I do recommend having dinner with them as it is not just good cooking but truly hilarious company. They own a little restaurant in Auxerre which is well priced and worth a visit. We really loved our stay and hopefully will be back."
Moulin des Templiers Hôtel & Spa
"Beautiful scenery, on the edge of the river, very quiet"
Chateau de La Resle - Design Hotels
"A really great find out in the countryside yet close to Chablis. Delightful staff. Very welcoming. Delicious food. Lovely peaceful setting with great pool. Room very comfortable. We will definitely be back!"
Ibis Budget Auxerre Centre
"Friendly staff and good breakfast!"
Auberge aux mille saveurs
"The owner is friendly !!"
ibis budget Sens
"The room was not clean, the toilets were dirty and there were spiders in the room. The draps were dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very comfortable and the sleep was difficult."
Cit'Hotel Avallon Vauban
"What a great place. So frendly, a personell/familiär feel. With a Park, save free Parking and a splendid rich brakefast."
Premiere Classe Avallon
"Perfect for a reasonably priced stopover. The room does the job."
Ibis Auxerre Centre
"Overall it was a very nice clean hotel, staff friendly and efficient. Only one criticism was that the pillows were too soft."
Ibis Avallon
"The room looked okay, and there was no hot water for a long time in the bath at night. Passing by at night, the staff was cold when they checked in, as if someone owed him money. Breakfast style is small. Seeing a lot of Tesla charging piles, it is estimated that this is the only advantage."
Au Soleil d'Or
"Booking made in April for the end of August (a trip to celebrate my 60th birthday with my partner). I received a confirmation email in April. Everything seemed to be going smoothly. Then, disaster struck: I received a vague voicemail message followed by a written one at the end of July, first informing me of overbooking (voicemail) and then stating that the hotel was closed for the dates of my reservation (email). The hotel only reacted more than three months after my booking to tell me they couldn't accommodate us! This is unprofessional. In short, no room for us. Is the hotel really closed at the end of August (in the middle of peak tourist season???) Or was there a mistake with the booking? Obviously, our desire to visit the area has been dampened! Furthermore, there has been no response to my written request for an explanation. Respectful business practices dictate contacting customers. Disgusted, I cancelled our stay (should I find another hotel at the last minute???). To top it all off, I received a satisfaction survey in early September for this very stay we were prevented from taking. Is this a provocation or just incompetence? This is what prompted me to write this rant, even though I don't like to complain about professionals. But this is starting to get ridiculous…"
