The best hotel in Chambery , the rooms are very spacious with all your needs at your disposal. Infact I felt at home for the 4 nights spent in this hotel . Let me use this medium to thank Ikram at the reception and all her colleagues at the front desk. Will definitely come back .

I really loved their place. They gave me a family room for eight people, which surprisingly had a dining room, kitchen, and living room – it was really great. On my first day, I ate out and became good friends with the British guy I was sharing a room with. He taught me how to buy and cook steak. On my second night, I cooked my own dinner. There were also restaurants downstairs serving day and night drinks. I ordered a glass of Moscow snails, and the alcohol content was so high that one glass was equivalent to three glasses in Shanghai. One glass was too much, and I went upstairs to sleep feeling quite tipsy. They even had a free room downstairs to store snowboards, and it even had a snowboard dryer – it was amazing! I'm giving it three five-star reviews – the best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Great hotel, decorations are beautiful. Spa and breakfast are exceptional. Staff always tried to help. No complains but Two issues: 1. You cannot change a temperature of air-conditioner in your room- it’s fixed 23 degrees and I found it uncomfortable. 2. Room is tiny, it was difficult to find a place even for luggage ( 2 small trollies ). So if you need a bigger space- avoid room 19.

An old hotel but the ambience is OK.. breakfast is simple.. enjoy my stay at here, will come back again..

Nice - just skip the breakfast. There is no choice , no vegetables, no salad, no fresh egg, no gluten free choice at all. The egg powder is a soup and the bacon a piece of fat! Fruits black colour and old. The rooms are nice but the bathroom is already rusty and dirty in the bath and the place just opened. Looks nice but cheaply built.

What I really like Really clean, spotless clealiness👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, the friendly and supportive staff ( both day shift and night shift, the English speaking male at night I think I spotted his name tag with name starts with A, and the beautiful silver hair English speaking lady on day shift, they were really really helpful and supportive. I am very grateful), really comfortable place. Would I recommend ? Yes. Would I come back if given a chance and all else permits? Yes !! For company's consideration.. The room is almost perfect.. if you could please consider.. please don't use paper cup if possible ? But that's just my personal preference, nothing wrong with it :) Sometimes I could smell cigarette smell even if I am not smoking. I guess this is ventilation/ building structure, and it is not a shortcoming. One of the smaller light bulb on the left in the wall lamp is out, please consider replacing the bulb when all else permits but the three lightbulbs wall lamp works fine without one bulb. Take you for the marvellous service and place. Please take care.

We used this place as a stopover on our way to Paris. Please, note that the reception closes at 8 pm! So if you arrive later you will need a code to open the gate, the front door and get a key to your room. CONTACT the reception beforehand. We had a few scary moments trying to get this because the mobile connection on the road wasn't great + roaming. The hotel is simple, tired but clean. Bonuses: there's a kettle and a heater in the room. The lady at reception was very sweet. Merci!

The room was ok; it is a budget hotel. No sockets by the bed, and the plate came off the socket I used for the hairdryer. The heater was blowing warm air despite being set to 5 on a warm evening. Breakfast was reasonable, cereal, pastries, fruit salad, and tea or coffee from the machine. Staff friendly and helpful.

Plus 32.5 degrees inside the room on arrival. No air conditioning and one fan shared between 2 bedrooms and the living room. Needless to say it was hot!!! The place is very nice with friendly staff; we’ve stayed a few times over the years, but it desperately needs AC installed for the hot weather.
