SpacemanAUThe twin room had a walk-in shower, though there aren’t any fridges in the room however, a good point is the aircon which works well.

Honestly, if you're looking for peace and quiet, the hotel is in an excellent location—about a 15-minute walk from the Lourdes sanctuaries. The staff are friendly and speak fluent Spanish. Breakfast is basic, nothing special.
They accept pets for an extra charge of €8 per night.
Very comfortable rooms.
100% recommended.

The hotel is just opposite the train station. The hotel is in an old building with a restaurant and luxurious decoration. The rooms are European style, the same as other BW series. The room has a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains and the church in Lourdes. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, and 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but there is a slope.

Guest UserI really liked the location of this hotel. It feels more peaceful and quiet because it’s up on the hill, away from the busy main area. Even though it’s set in a calmer spot, you’re still close enough to everything you want to visit—it's only a few minutes to the grotto. Overall, it’s a great balance of tranquility and convenience, and I found it very easy to move around during my stay.

We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
