Due to noise issues in the room I initially booked online, the understanding and experienced hotel staff promptly upgraded me to a fantastic Deluxe City View room. The presentations, gifts, and overall arrangement in the room were simply outstanding. I would also like to thank the concierge team for making reservations at all the restaurants and beach clubs.

The owner lives on the top floor was very attentive and helpful at all times.
Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants.
Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna.
Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning.
Free indoors car parking.

AAnonymous UserThe bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. The location, environment and service are all very good, and I am very satisfied with the stay experience.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is literally next door to Cannes train station. Although Cannes is a small city, you don't really need to be that close to the train station, as the main shopping streets and beach is walkable from the station in 20 mins.
We made use of the lounge on the top floor and terrace during our stay. Staff were very welcoming even on our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and still use facilities even after we had checked out.
The continental breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with cereals, breads and cold meats.

GGuest UserEin sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The only bemol in our eyes is the total lack of window isolation. We heard the noise of the street the same thing, fortunately, it is not a too noisy street. The laundry washing machine is a little short to get your hands down, but there's everything you need in the bathroom. Excellent price quality, at least for the period or we came.

DDakota PuiNice location within Cannes but the room was father old, many broken items like the leakage and missing nails. Also, €25 for a private parking and also guest need to bring their own trash out which is funny. Imagine seeing everyone holding a bag of trash appearing at the reception to check out at 11am.
