Wonderful, clean, great location, delicious food - amazing unique breakfast and steps to the Sephardic museum and the Monestario de San Juan de los Reyos. Ideal place, though the parking was full when I arrived. But there's public parking not far away.

The hygiene is really the best among all the cities in Spain. It is also within walking distance to the attractions, and there are many popular restaurants nearby. It is also convenient to take a taxi.

The hotel gave me a big surprise, the hotel is in the scenic area, the room decoration is characteristic, very clean, not old, the only regret is that breakfast is too little, but the coffee is very good

This hotel is very cost-effective. First of all, the location is very good. It is next to the long-distance bus station and not one kilometer from the train station. It takes a few hundred meters to walk to the ancient city of the mountain top by elevator. The hotel's hardware facilities are also great, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Especially recommended is the Taco star at the door tastes great, it is recommended to go to eat in the afternoon and queue for the evening.

Very large room, all impeccably clean, amazing team at the reception and housekeeping, but not much privacy and silence. You can hear a lot of people on the street, sometimes in the rooms. Not the best place to sleep or work remotely. Apart from that, all good! Great location.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
