While there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

Tylko dwie rzeczy mogłyby ulec poprawie: światło na korytarzu jest w nocy tak mocne, że wpada przez szpary między drzwiami do pokoju i jest zbyt jasno. W pokoju było również zbyt ciepło, nawet po włączeniu klimatyzacji. Ciężko było przez to zasnąć.

It was okay but reception should have been more friendly. The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.
