GGuest UserFour-star hotel that is related to its general facilities. The breakfast included with the reservation was quite complete and varied. Highlight the spa for its facilities, which are also included with the reservation at no additional cost. The cost of parking is €5 although there is outdoor parking free of charge. Its location is not good since the beach area is quite far away and it is isolated.

If it is true that we found some unimportant details at the beginning, due to the inconvenience caused to you, they did not provide them with a bottle of cava, but they themselves provided it. Many details. The room facilities are complete and detailed. It must be said that only the details of the bathroom make us fall in love.

GGuest UserExcellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either.
Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho!
The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out.
Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

GGuest UserVery good location, in the city centre, the reception service is very good, its quality buffet breakfast, quality in cleaning and products, the minibar that had a plus in the room and its special fantastic terrace, I was able to use all the services in my room during my stay. I will return and I will surely hosted them

GGuest UserI was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Occidental Murcia. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
The only downside was the pool, which is small and has limited space for sunbathing. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent.
I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay again!

GGuest UserОстанавливались в этом отеле два раза, при путешествии на автомобиле из Барселоны в Севилью и обратно. Мы из России и проблем с общением с сотрудниками отеля не было. Шума нет, так как рядом нет оживленной трассы. Завтрак конечно скромный, но вкусный, можно было бы еще добавить к завтраку яичницу или омлет. Остального было достаточно: фрукты, сок, кофе, вода, закуски, хлопья с молоком, йогурт, круассаны, тосты. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательны ко всем гостям. Расположение - далековато от основной трассы, но мы зато заехали рядом в бухту. Там красивый вид на море, заброшенные казармы, укреп район. Хорошо что рядом можно бесплатно припарковать автомобиль. Из удобств нам не хватило воды в номере и одноразовых зубных щеток, к остальному вопросов нет. Но воду можно попросит внизу в лобби.

The only thing that could be improved was that the water in the bathtub in the room came out yellow. Maybe they had a problem with the plumbing, but it was completely unhygienic. The Front Desk did not give us any further solution, other than saying that they would clean it for us.
