The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

La ubicación del hotel es genial, justo enfrente de la playa. Las habitaciones un poco anticuadas, pero bastante bien. The restaurant bar downstairs is all available, and there is a Chinese supermarket. The front desk service is also very warm, there is no kettle in the room, but you can find the front desk to ask for it and you can borrow it back to the room. You can walk to the sightseeing station for five minutes from the hotel, and the ticket can be bought at the front desk. It is recommended to remind the front desk not to have a room on the top floor. There are two rooms next to the patio that can open the door and come out to the platform. When someone speaks, they can hear clearly and noisy.

Prime location! Lots of restaurants around and you will be few steps away from the beach. The front desk employees were great, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great as well! To me, the rooms/property were a bit dated but clean.

Cómodo, muy limpio, económico y opción de aparcamiento (eso es importantísimo en Cádiz). El personal muy amable y servicial. Cada vez que viajo por trabajo a la ciudad, hotel Regio2, es mi opción segura.
