Hotels with Parking in Benalmadena

This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners! We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds. Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system. The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar! Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Hotel near the beach and the marina. According to the numbers, infrastructure is not commented. Didn't like food - very weak for 4*, whether it's season or the crisis in Spain. There was no coffee for breakfast, the hamon was dismantled 10 minutes after breakfast and no longer brought, in the season the strawberries were as decoration on desserts, which by the way, were absolutely unpleasant. Of fruits of dune, arbuz, ananas, pears, plums. Choosing the cabins for breakfast and dinner for a strong 3+. , at dinner there were 2 volleys of fish not clear what, beef, turkey and chicken. A little fresh vegetables, soup, pasta, gnocchi, potatoes. Morning pancakes, churros and all standard set of sausage eggs. Also disappointed by the so-called vip package for pets, on the site so advertised services for accommodation with dogs, and as a result - bowls, lying and packs for cleaning for dogs. Price 20 euros. In general, the hotel did not cost its money. If you don't take food, it's okay. For all the rest I put 5.

Lovely villa hotel with good accommodation

The experience in this hotel has been good ,the tric-recruitment I have to say that by the company , there was a computer error , and we recruited for 3 people ,with all included and once made the reservation and payment , We were sent the reservation and only 2 people appeared , having paid the same amount as for 3 people , I am waiting for them to return me the amount I had to pay , for my daughter at the hotel to have access to all included , They told me they're going to solve it and I'm waiting .

Best experience ever! My children had the best holiday so far! Room is spacious and clean, we also had an amazing sea view! Great meals, plenty of options to choose from! We had an opportunity to spend time in their others hotel, using the facilities and drinking. Thank you for this wonderful experience 😊

Very helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing. As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter. I rented an apartment; it's actually quite large, with textured walls. The kitchen doesn't have a coffee maker or anything for cleaning the dishes. The cleaning was just okay, but there was quite a bit of dust. There's no full-length mirror, but it's very well-ventilated thanks to its many windows and a balcony with lovely views. The reception staff, cleaning staff, and all the waiters are very friendly. It also has free parking. I would return if there were a mirror.
