Zzixiao_sunIn addition to the confused hotel front desk did not send me the password email to pick up the key when I checked in, Trip.com customer service was very efficient to help solve it... Everything else is very good, the luxury family suite is set, old, complete, very quiet, nearby EDEKA buys and eats very convenient, closes at 20 o'clock

EEunice.SService was good, reception was 24hrs and also they helped us call a taxi to the train station. Just take note hotel is on a little slope

GGuest UserBreakfast was very moderate ... Mostly fat and there was no choice of bread types. The bathroom was very dirty and in the washboard was water in the previous people ... sheets were standing and clearly not washed ... Think that the bed was made alone.
I know this hotel a few years ago and was then a very good hotel with excellent breakfast ... would no longer be
