GGuest UserI didn't expect it to be on a hillside. The heavy snow that day was unbearable.
I had to pull my suitcase for ages in my U1, I was exhausted. This is the countryside, huh? So beautiful.
The experience would have been even better if it hadn't snowed.
But to be honest, the breakfast selection was too limited.

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and professional (except that we saw one or two members of staff eating behind the reception on more than one occasion, which is not professional).
The hotel itself is very modern and very clean, but the claim on the hotel website that each room has air condition is not true. The rooms have a heating and cooling system, but the cooling system is not air conditioning and does not let out cool air in the winter and spring.
The problem is that, due to climate change, March is much warmer than it used to be. If you are staying in one of the lovely 4th floor suites and the sun is shining, the temperature can easily reach the mid-20s and the room retains that warmth at night. This morning, it was 25 Celsius in our room, and over the coming days it will be much warmer. In a few more weeks, it will be uncomfortably warm without air conditioning or a functioning cooling system. Regardless of where you are in the world, air conditioning is air conditioning. It has no other name. The words air conditioning should not appear on the hotel website. It is misleading.
Despite this issue, we had an enjoyable stay and we can recommend the hotel and the staff.

JJanin W.Super beautiful hotel with total friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet has everything the heart wants. The wellness area is smaller, but absolutely sufficient and was very clean at any time. We come more than liked again :)

MMeiguijiemeiThe balcony was nice, allowing for some fresh air. The area is relatively quiet, which was nice. There are free washing machines on each floor, so bring your own laundry detergent. Germany's weather is quite dry, so clothes will be dry by the next evening. Breakfast isn't provided, but they do sell instant noodles.

GGuest UserWe had a great room. For four people, there was a double bed and a pull-out couch, both equally comfortable.
Everything was newly renovated, in top condition, and very clean.
Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet.
We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
There are plenty of options for dining and shopping in the surrounding area. Getting to the city center by car is also great.

また、ニュルンベルクを訪れる際はこちらに泊まりたいと思います。
