Very convenient, clean, tidy, good stay experience, good environment, good service attitude, can meet many interesting people, convenient transportation around, come to live next time

It was late check-in, but I responded politely. It may be difficult to eat late at night.

All right. Something came into the years and rather bright. Personal starts from 7 a.m. with dust suctions in the other rooms

Benefits: The lady at the reception was very friendly and I could check in one hour earlier. Parking was comfortable because there was a private parking place that could be used for 12 euros per day. There is a Lidl just in front of the hotel, which made shopping very practical. Disadvantages: Although the outside temperature was only 22 degrees, it was very hot in the room. There was no air conditioning or ventilator. Without open windows you could hardly sleep, but with open windows it was very noisy, you could even hear the voices of people outside. I would disregard sensitive people. In addition to the fact that the refrigerator was dirty and the shower gel broke, the cleanliness was overall OK. A washing machine was not available. When the neighbors went in and out next door, the door was wackled and the light appeared in, which brought a slightly unsure feeling.

Very small rooms with no where to put anything. No WiFi service at all.. Breakfast was OK and the staff were friendly. Car park on an evening was a nightmare

Das Hotel liegt super dicht, direkt am Bahnhof. Der Service: freundlich . Viel mehr an positiven Dingen gibt es leider nicht. Überall im Zimmer lagen abgeschnittene Fingernägel, unter unserem Bett eine angefangene Flasche Gleitgel 🤮 Gebucht wurde ein barrierefreies , rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir keins , die Info dazu kam dann leider auch erst beim Check in Stornieren hätte uns den kompletten Preis gekostet . Der Rolli konnte nicht mal im Zimmer untergebracht werden weil der da gar nicht rein passte. Vom fehlenden Mülleimer reden wir erst gar nicht.  Fazit : Nicht noch einmal dort.  Aber das Personal war wirklich freundlich.
