Traveling by car, the front desk staff helped me park it for free. I didn't even have to touch my luggage; the front desk brought it all to my room. The room was super clean, with all smart facilities, and a really comfortable balcony overlooking the river. In the evening, I enjoyed the river breeze, had a cigarette, and savored the unique charm of the ancient town. The room also had a hot spring bath, so I bought a bath bomb and had a really relaxing soak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows! It's clear the owner is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. In the morning, the owner invited us to tea and explained the history and attractions of the ancient town. The owner is clearly very passionate about their hometown and a perfectionist. It felt like I was treated like an old friend here. Highly recommend!

The location of the homestay is very convenient, and you can reach various attractions within a few minutes' walk. I am most satisfied with the hygiene. The room is clean and comfortable, with good lighting, and the details of the bed are also well done. Especially the warm reception of the landlord. When we arrived, the landlord personally greeted us and introduced the tourist attractions and food recommendations in Zhenyuan in detail. Later, whether answering questions or providing help, the landlord was very patient, very good! u1s1, the night view is really good, I recommend friends who come to play to go out and visit the night view at night

This river-view room is fantastic, right next to Zhusheng Bridge – a prime spot! Don't let the guesthouse's small facade fool you; the rooms are fully equipped, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Qinglong Cave is just across the river. Within a two-minute walk, you'll find scenic spots, supermarkets, restaurants, breakfast places, and local specialty shops – super convenient! The owner is warm and down-to-earth. He even picked us up from outside town and arranged free parking for my car in his garage, helping us with our luggage. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. We had a wonderful time in Zhenyuan Ancient Town, and this guesthouse, 'Zhuimeng Shuixie,' was definitely a big part of that great experience. I visited Zhenyuan Ancient Town in Guizhou this May, and before arriving, I compared several B&Bs and hotels. I ended up blindly choosing 'Fanyun Shanshe' and it felt like striking gold! Here's what I'd like to share with anyone planning a trip: After booking, the host proactively called me early to confirm directions and even drove to the parking lot to pick us up and drop us off at the hotel entrance. When we left, the lovely owner also helped us transport our luggage to the street – so thoughtful and kind. The entire room features floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Wuyang River. From the room, you can see both Qinglong Cave and Zhusheng Bridge. Zhenyuan evenings in May are incredibly cool and pleasant. Sitting by the window and watching the myriad lights illuminate on the opposite bank felt like a 'real-life Spirited Away.' The view alone makes the room price worth it! The B&B's cleanliness standards are top-notch. The overall room style is a vintage wabi-sabi aesthetic with beige tones. The bedding is soft and clean, and I particularly loved how spacious and separate the shower room was, with hot water coming on very quickly. All the bathroom fixtures are from well-known brands. The B&B offers both the tranquility of a secluded retreat and is super close to the main scenic spots! You can walk to Zhusheng Bridge, Qinglong Cave, and Shiping Mountain in just 3-5 minutes. The next morning, I climbed Shiping Mountain and gazed at the entire city from above – the 'Bagua City' truly lives up to its reputation!

Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town. The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors! Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan.

The hotel room was the best of my entire Yunnan-Guizhou trip. It was very close to the bustling ancient street, making it convenient for dining. From the room, I could see the river and bridge, giving it a bit of a Fenghuang feel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. They even provided snacks and drinks. The owner called me in advance to send me his location and came to pick me up at the intersection. I'll definitely come back next time.

Stayed here for one night with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! As soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted with a fantastic river view – super spacious and unbeatable. The service was excellent too. Being right by the river was great for evening strolls. The owner at the front desk was very welcoming and even helped us find some delicious local restaurants. The room was quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, personally picking us up at a designated spot and dropping us off at a convenient location for transport when we left. The hotel has a very pleasant environment. It features a balcony overlooking the river, offering beautiful night views. Located within the scenic area, it's very close to all the attractions. I highly recommend staying here. Right opposite the hotel entrance, there's also a breakfast shop offering delicious and affordable options.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the old town. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade. There are plenty of dining options nearby. All in all, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town.

This inn is right in the smack of the WuYang river, near 新大桥 / reachable by public bus route 1,3 at 新大桥北 or route 6 at 东门. Can ask for river view. Come with TV as and good set of Wifi. Toilet is very small though but complete with hot water shower and squat type toilet. Lights come on at 6.30pm. convenient and good location is what I am looking for. Have extended my stay for 1 more night before making to another city. According to the local folks , Dec to Feb is humid and cold in this region.
