Excellent
This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The room is the largest of all the Four Seasons hotels I've stayed in so far. It has double sofas and large windows. The room is very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable, and the shower room is large. It is very suitable for family travel and stay. I recommend it.

The room is large and clean. There is a museum right outside the door, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to Jiegu Temple. The boss and his family are very welcoming, and the chartered car driver who helped to call is also very familiar with Yushu culture. It was a very happy trip and I plan to come again.

Outstanding
The hotel has only been open for a little over a month. The front desk service is attentive, meticulous, and polite. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The restaurant breakfast is plentiful and varied. It's a hotel worth recommending!

Driving around was my top choice! Thank you to the lovely Cai Ren Yongji for her wonderful smile and attentive service. The parking lot in Yushu city is exceptionally large and convenient (see attached photo). Breakfast is available for takeout, with a good variety including local Tibetan specialties. The laundry room and gym are also very comfortable. The rooms have ample oxygen supply, and there's even an oxygen chamber in the lobby – such thoughtful care! I even caught the Qinghai Super League match, which was within easy walking distance. It's only a few kilometers from the city center, offering a quiet and spacious environment – I loved it and highly recommend it!

Hotel in very good location, if you choose the rooms facing the back it s also very quiet. Room is clean and comfortable. The girls at the reception were extremely kind and nice to me. It s a really good quality/ price deal. I d go back again .

Location is good and its just opposite to the Yushu Museum but its a bit noisy as the room is facing the street. Front desk staffs is 200% friendly.If I got a reason to revisit , it must be the friendly staffs that I want to see again

The Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a Tibetan, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek! The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's breakfast was also rich!

I used the hotel as my base for visiting the horse festival and also the Mani-wall, the Jiegu-Monastery and the Princess Wengcheng Temple. It offered every thing I needed in a big room to feel comfortable. The chinese breakfast was a good start of the day. Sleeping at this height (3700 m above sealevel) needs some time for adaption, but it worked. To the horse festival and the Princess Wengcheng-Temple I went by taxi, to the Mani-wall by public bus.

There is a big river outside the hotel. The gurgling water is very relaxing. The room is clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel and it is relatively prosperous. Parking is 10 yuan in the parking lot next to it 24 hours a day. Parking in front of the hotel is from 8pm to the next day. It's free at 8 a.m. because the traffic police will post a note and they get off work after 8 a.m.
