辦理入住分到409房間，拎着大包行李上樓後，發現牆面大面積破損，衞生間燈具直接故障無法使用，房間設施存在嚴重問題，根本達不到入住標準。衹能來回折騰搬運行李，重新下樓換到408房間。更換後的408房間衞生嚴重不達標，沙發上到處都是污漬，地板破損老舊，環境臟亂不堪。房間連吹風機這種基礎用品都沒有，洗完頭髮衹能特意跑前台借用，入住體驗大打折扣。最讓人無法接受的是凌晨三四點被大量蚊子瘋狂叮咬，渾身起滿包根本無法入睡，主動撥打前台電話求助卻全程無人接聽，深夜遇到問題完全得不到任何保障。今早向前台反饋所有問題，衹得到一句輕飄飄的不好意思，沒有任何實質性解決方案和整改態度，敷衍了事的處理方式讓人十分無語。酒店設施破損、衞生臟亂、配套用品缺失、夜間服務失聯，太失望了，下次回家住酒店會選擇遠一點的西南，不會選擇中心的翔逸了，
