網上預訂的兩張1.3米的床，入住房間發現是兩張1.2米的床，與前台交涉，告知他們看到的訊息是我們訂的是兩張1.2米的床，我表示很不理解，跟酒店説我們有預訂訊息，上面清清楚楚寫的是兩張1.3米的床，而且已經全額付款過房間費用了。前台讓等一下，當時是晚上比較晚了，着急休息，酒店那邊一直沒有回覆我們，所以大概過了十來分鐘，我有找他們交涉，結果酒店換了一個人和我們對話，我問他們酒店怎麼處理，結果對方有點懵逼，我就又把我們遇到的情況跟她説了一遍。對方説他們那裡看到的訊息就是兩張1.2米的床，我告訴酒店，我當時預訂的時候考慮到1.2米的床有點小，當時平台上燕東酒店是有1.3米的雙床和1.2米的雙床的房間顯示的，兩種房間是有幾十元的差價。我就是奔着1.3米的床訂的，我這裡有訂單訊息，上面顯示的清清楚楚我訂的是兩張1.3米的床。經過這一番溝通，酒店表示馬上開房間處理問題。幾分鐘後酒店人員到來，表示他們酒店根本沒有1.3米的雙床房間，願意送我們酒店的早餐做為補償。因為已經深夜，我們接受了酒店的建議。總之吧，整體體驗一般吧，大家根據事實自行判斷，我不做過多個人主觀評判。 另：我在訂單裏備註房間選擇遠離電梯，不要角落房，要安靜的房間，最終房間門口有部電梯，我們休息前聽到有人扳我們房間門把手，我出去看時好像很遠處有個大人領着個孩子，我到底沒搞清楚是誰扳的門把手，可能是誰家孩子淘氣，也可能是誰記錯房間了，不清楚啊。 第二天早上七點左右外邊有吵鬧的噪聲，然後八點左右開始有幾場放鞭炮的聲音，可能那天日子吉利，有人家辦喜事吧。 房門上防推開的門擋斷了，我用桌椅堵着門口臨時湊合住了一晚。 早餐還好，就是廚房上菜趕不上趟，大家等着吃飯呢，可能是平時沒這麼多人用餐，廚房一時做不出來，上來一個菜很快被搶光，然後有人需要繼續等廚房做。不夠整體還好吧，早餐也吃飽了，最後還一人送了一盒酸奶。
