As for the water splashing everywhere in the outside washroom; the mouthwash cups were disposable paper cups, and the face towels and bath towels were also disposable (these are subjective; some people think the hotel's use of disposable items is unhygienic, while others think disposable items are not environmentally friendly); 3. The service was poor. We were traveling with a child and wanted an extra blanket, but despite online booking showing available rooms, we were told that the hotel was full and there were no extra blankets (honestly, this was the first time I'd encountered this situation); 4.
