The Hotel is strategically located at the busy district of Xinghua. We had reserved 3 twin-bed rooms for 2 nights and received a warm welcome by the hotel staff upon checking in on 15 March. At the registration counter, we were surprisingly informed that we were the first quests ever arrived from Malaysia! Another elated surprise was a big discount charges for our breakfast during our stay. Thank you very much to the young ladies at the reception who were helpful during our short stay whereby we had the opportunity to savour local delicacies completed with a tour to the picturesque suburban area. The hotel is full of ”orange” theme. The room layout is orange, or deep or shallow, and there are orange-flavored candies. The room is very clean and large. This price is rarely seen in such a large room. The parking lot is also very large. To say the disadvantages, there is almost no signal in the underground parking lot, it is recommended to install a signal amplifier.

Tea in the lobby: self-service tea only, which does not match the description of the star service. Seasonal afternoon tea: Checking in at night, although it was at the wrong time, there was no prompt or service. The two fruits provided are quite different in quality from the description. Environment: The internal scenery is quite good.

The room rate of around 300 yuan during the May Day holiday was quite cost-effective. However, several issues affected the stay experience: 1. The renovation was several years old, and the room had an unpleasant odor upon check-in. 2. Although there were clear no-smoking signs, the indoor smoking ban was not enforced. Several middle-aged men were seen smoking in the hallway during breakfast, leaving cigarette butts on the floor, and no one cleaned them up afterward. 3. The breakfast voucher was originally listed as 25 yuan per person, redeemable at the first-floor dim sum restaurant. However, upon arrival, we were told that due to the May Day holiday rush, we could only dine at the third-floor buffet restaurant, which had a very limited selection and was nowhere near as good as the Junting breakfast in Hangzhou.

The overall experience of the room is particularly comfortable, the lighting is particularly sufficient, the room is bright during the day, the ventilation effect is also very good, the air circulation is smooth, and there is no smell throughout the whole process. The accommodation environment is very quiet, will not be disturbed by external noise, rest is particularly stable, cost-effective, will choose here next time.

This homestay is next to the Millennium Scenic Area, right next to the highway. The sign is obviously very easy to find. The parking is convenient and safe. It is a single house. Aishang brought us pleasure and comfort on this trip. The facilities are complete, the environment is clean, the service is warm and thoughtful. The boss upgraded our room and we had a comfortable night. The key point is that the farmhouse is very close to the scenic area. You can watch the light show in the scenic area at night, and you can go to the park before it opens in the morning to avoid the embarrassment of crowds. Parking is convenient and you can eat at the farmhouse (due to time arrangements, I only had breakfast). All in all, it feels good.

The first time I went to Xinghua to live in this hotel, the location is very good, only a few hundred meters from Jindongmen Old Street, Xinghua Museum, and Zheng Banqiao's former residence. The front desk service of the hotel is good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, very satisfied.

The hotel room itself was clean and neat and comfortable, and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel because it was close to Lizhong water Forrest park and Qiandou scenic area, and the trip.com website says it accepts foreigners/all passports. However the checkin experience was bad if you are a foreigner/non-chinese speaking - it took us almost 1.5 hours and was quite stressful (including phoning a friend for some help). Even though the website says this hotel accepts all passports, after we arrived we were told in order to stay there we had to go to the local police station and register and get a piece of paper to bring back. We had no car and the location was not easy to get a didi at night, so the hotel helped and organised their driver to take us to the police station which cost another 80 RMB. Once at the police station the driver chatted to three different police. The police didn’t take our details or check our documents, and after 10-15 minutes standing around they sent us back to the hotel without any registration paper but we could suddenly check in. If you are Chinese then the hotel experience will be good, if you are a foreigner another hotel in Xinghua might be easier.
