The Hotel is strategically located at the busy district of Xinghua. We had reserved 3 twin-bed rooms for 2 nights and received a warm welcome by the hotel staff upon checking in on 15 March. At the registration counter, we were surprisingly informed that we were the first quests ever arrived from Malaysia! Another elated surprise was a big discount charges for our breakfast during our stay. Thank you very much to the young ladies at the reception who were helpful during our short stay whereby we had the opportunity to savour local delicacies completed with a tour to the picturesque suburban area. This homestay is next to the Millennium Scenic Area, right next to the highway. The sign is obviously very easy to find. The parking is convenient and safe. It is a single house. Aishang brought us pleasure and comfort on this trip. The facilities are complete, the environment is clean, the service is warm and thoughtful. The boss upgraded our room and we had a comfortable night. The key point is that the farmhouse is very close to the scenic area. You can watch the light show in the scenic area at night, and you can go to the park before it opens in the morning to avoid the embarrassment of crowds. Parking is convenient and you can eat at the farmhouse (due to time arrangements, I only had breakfast). All in all, it feels good.

The first time I went to Xinghua to live in this hotel, the location is very good, only a few hundred meters from Jindongmen Old Street, Xinghua Museum, and Zheng Banqiao's former residence. The front desk service of the hotel is good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, very satisfied.

The hotel room itself was clean and neat and comfortable, and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel because it was close to Lizhong water Forrest park and Qiandou scenic area, and the trip.com website says it accepts foreigners/all passports. However the checkin experience was bad if you are a foreigner/non-chinese speaking - it took us almost 1.5 hours and was quite stressful (including phoning a friend for some help). Even though the website says this hotel accepts all passports, after we arrived we were told in order to stay there we had to go to the local police station and register and get a piece of paper to bring back. We had no car and the location was not easy to get a didi at night, so the hotel helped and organised their driver to take us to the police station which cost another 80 RMB. Once at the police station the driver chatted to three different police. The police didn’t take our details or check our documents, and after 10-15 minutes standing around they sent us back to the hotel without any registration paper but we could suddenly check in. If you are Chinese then the hotel experience will be good, if you are a foreigner another hotel in Xinghua might be easier.
