This hotel truly exceeded our expectations for our summer weekend getaway with our kids and elders. Manager Kong, our butler, was incredibly attentive. She proactively arranged for our two rooms to be next to each other, prepared children's toiletries in advance, and even gave small gifts to both kids. The attention to detail in the service was exceptional. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an amazing view, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel has its own indoor kids' play area, a cozy reading corner, and a heated swimming pool, which kept both children very happy. The scenic area is surrounded by tea plantations with lush greenery, perfect for walks and photos. Inside the area, there's go-karting, a seasonal flower train, a carousel, and a ranch where you can feed small animals and go horseback riding. It offers relaxation for adults and endless fun for kids, making it an ideal choice for a short family vacation. We'll definitely be back next weekend!

Stepping into the spacious lobby, the refreshing coolness instantly dispelled travel fatigue. The weathered texture of the ancient ship timber blended perfectly with modern design, creating a charming atmosphere. Hidden within the lobby is a unique museum tunnel, displaying a collection of vintage wines, each detail telling a unique cultural story. When we arrived, a large, lazy cat was napping near the entrance, adding to the soothing ambiance. We changed rooms, and the private hot spring area was fantastic, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The smart home features in the room were excellent, especially the projector, whose picture quality was as clear as a movie theater – a truly amazing viewing experience. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively explaining the guesthouse's history and collections; their 99% positive service rating is truly well-deserved. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience, enjoyable and unforgettable!

A very happy and extremely comfortable trip! The B&B is located at the entrance of Yuyuan Village. The Chinese design is dignified and grand. The check-in environment and experience are great. There is also a back garden and a tea room where you can sit and drink tea and chat with friends. It's so comfortable! The service of the boss and the clerk is also super good. Because it rained on the day of check-in, the boss came out to pick us up and enthusiastically introduced the attractions in the village. The food in the B&B is also very delicious. Hahaha, we ate three meals of scrambled eggs with toon in three days~ In addition, the village is very simple and there is no strong commercial atmosphere. It is very comfortable to walk around and take a leisure tour. It is also very film-worthy. I highly recommend it~

The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, and the overall facilities are excellent. They have a gym, pool, billiards, and a table tennis room. The gym is well-equipped, even with a stair climber. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated; a family of four in a twin room felt incredibly roomy. However, room cleaning needs improvement. I stayed for two nights, and on the morning of the second day, I specifically asked housekeeping to wipe the floor, but it wasn't done. When I returned in the afternoon, I specially asked the front desk to call housekeeping, and it was the same cleaner as in the morning. I again specifically asked her to wet-wipe the floor, but she just gave it a quick sweep and left. Other hotel services were very satisfying. They even provided free breakfast for the kids and offered taxi contact information when we couldn't find a ride at night. Overall, I'm very pleased. Wuyi has a great environment, less crowded, which was a nice escape from the usual hustle and bustle. I would definitely go back if I have the chance.

I stayed here during a factory visit and the front desk workers were very friendly. I mentioned that I don’t like rooms that have been smoked in and they went and checked several rooms for smell and picked the best one for me. Very kind of them. The room was quiet and cozy. Great value and nicely renovated. I’ll be back for sure. Also they let the food delivery workers bring the food to your hotel door which is super convenient. Love it!

The location is great, close to the old town. The service was also good and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the plumbing in our first room was extremely noisy, and we didn't sleep well all night. Although we were very grateful to the front desk for upgrading our room, we were woken up many times by the noise from the plumbing. The air conditioner also made some strange noises; I suggest having it checked.

The Chinese floral arrangements in the public area on the first floor are beautifully placed in ceramic pots, giving off a strong sense of Zen. Additionally, the lobby is very spacious and has a wonderfully atmospheric design. Upon checking in, my first impression was one of comfort. The room's interior boasts a delightful, elegant new Chinese style with soft color palettes and natural wood furniture. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean. Typically, after checking in, hotels direct you straight to the elevator. This hotel is quite large, and there's a bit of a walk between the lobby and the guest rooms. I initially thought this might be inconvenient, but the staff here were excellent. They proactively greeted us, offered guidance, and even helped with our luggage, which I greatly appreciated. Surrounded by fresh air, the area is perfect for trips with friends and family, or simply for some quiet introspection. It's truly a healing environment.

The room was clean, the smart home system was well-designed, and the pillows were large and comfortable. It would have been nice if they had provided two more bottles of water. Breakfast was a bit perfunctory; the grilled sausage and popcorn chicken were cold.

The trip to Wuyi Hot Spring has been planned for a long time. I checked many hotels online. I called the front desk before choosing. The front desk staff also answered all kinds of questions very carefully and patiently. I finally decided on this hotel. The hotel parking lot is very large and parking is convenient. The hotel has a design style that I like very much, with a strong Republican style. Every detail is full of design details. The waiters I encountered were very enthusiastic and the service was meticulous and thoughtful. All kinds of needs will be met immediately. The hot spring is inside the hotel. , a total of 13 hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor, with temperatures ranging between 40-44. After soaking in the hot springs and having a beautiful sleep, it is absolutely perfect. It is a treasure hotel worth recommending. Next time, make an appointment with friends to continue Check in.

The room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
