I spontaneously booked this hotel for a New Year's Day trip to Wushan with my parents and children, and from the moment they picked us up at the high-speed train station, it was one pleasant surprise after another. The hotel staff's service attitude was exceptional. Seeing that we had children, they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly made the view spectacular. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, bright, quiet, and comfortable. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient, and it was close to attractions like the Three Gorges Dragon Ridge and Wushan Goddess Peak scenic area. Since we arrived at the hotel at noon without having eaten, we were able to order food there. The freshly prepared grilled fish and stir-fried dishes by the chef were absolutely delicious and very generous in portion size. The breakfast was also rich and served in portions; you could ask for more once you finished, preventing waste. New Year's Day was also my child's birthday. We ordered a cake to be delivered to the hotel while we were out, and the staff thoughtfully put it in the refrigerator for us immediately, which was very considerate. The free performance at the nearby theater was unexpectedly wonderful. There weren't many people when we arrived that day, and all the actors performed wholeheartedly, essentially putting on a private show just for our family. This hotel is truly excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wushan.

The room was clean and tidy, and the lighting was bright and comfortable. It had a super large TV screen. What I particularly liked was the strong water pressure in the shower – perfect for a relaxing soak after hiking Wushan Xiaolongji. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Goddess Escalator, which looks stunning at night with all the lights, definitely worth seeing! The breakfast had a good variety, and the noodles were delicious. Even if you went later, the food was still hot. Very good indeed! 👍

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities. Environment: The river view room offers a panoramic view of the river. There's a bus stop downstairs, and dining options are very convenient. Service: The owner is very nice and even upgraded my room.

The environment is good. I asked and the hotel was newly renovated last year, so the facilities are all new. The windows are large, and I saw that one floor even has a balcony. They are not the kind of corridor windows or dark windows, so the rooms are well lit. Shopping and getting around are very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful and has a wide variety. Eve at the front desk is very enthusiastic and resolved a small problem on the spot. The room is equipped with smart devices. In winter, if you really don't want to get out of bed, you can just turn off the lights by speaking.

The room is very tidy, clean and hygienic. It's quite big and it's quiet. The boss and the lady are very welcoming. It doesn't feel strange when you stay there. It's very comfortable. The toilet has its own bathroom. Highly recommended.

I must give the Wushan Jiangshan Red Leaf Holiday Hotel a perfect score! Choosing this hotel for my trip to Wushan to see the autumn leaves was a complete stroke of luck! The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Lesser Three Gorges Visitor Center, just a few minutes' walk from the scenic area, avoiding the morning rush hour crowds. The river-view rooms offer breathtaking views of the mountains ablaze with red leaves against the backdrop of the clear blue river. Waking up in the morning, sitting on the balcony, enjoying the river breeze, and watching the sunrise was a truly uplifting experience. The room details were also incredibly thoughtful. The bedding was so soft and comfortable I slept soundly, and the bathroom fixtures were spotless, not a single water stain. The front desk staff were impeccable; they proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival, check-in was incredibly fast, and they even recommended less crowded and scenic spots for viewing the autumn leaves, pointing out the best grilled fish restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, served until noon! This hotel is truly a gem; my stay was absolutely wonderful, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wushan! I'll also highly recommend it to my friends.

It was very cold on the day of check-in, but thankfully the room heating and hot water for the shower were excellent, and the bathroom even had a heater – fantastic! We booked a stilted house, which allowed us to enter from the Shennv Scenic Area parking lot, saving us the trouble of carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, it was foggy and raining, so we wasted the small balcony. The courtyard was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

The room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The service of the staff is also very warm. I will continue to stay at this hotel next time I go to Wushan.

One notable design issue is the bathroom – the door is made of glass and lacks any covering. This could be inconvenient as you’ll need to be cautious if others might walk past while you're using it. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. Another highlight is the nearby grilled fish restaurant, which I highly recommend for a delicious meal. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for a short stay with modern amenities and don't mind the smaller space or glass-door bathroom.

The hotel is located on the main road in the city, and can park two cars in front of the door. There is no breakfast, but it can be solved on the street in front of the door. The rooms are all on the same floor, one floor below the street, and they are clean and hygienic. It is within walking distance of the Xiaosanxia Pier. The service at the front desk needs to be improved. Ctrip said that the room provides bottled water, but the store said that there is no bottled water (I saw a pile of bottled water in the front desk room). There is no image on the TV in the room. I told the front desk and they promised to solve it, but no one came.
