I spontaneously booked this hotel for a New Year's Day trip to Wushan with my parents and children, and from the moment they picked us up at the high-speed train station, it was one pleasant surprise after another. The hotel staff's service attitude was exceptional. Seeing that we had children, they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly made the view spectacular. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, bright, quiet, and comfortable. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient, and it was close to attractions like the Three Gorges Dragon Ridge and Wushan Goddess Peak scenic area. Since we arrived at the hotel at noon without having eaten, we were able to order food there. The freshly prepared grilled fish and stir-fried dishes by the chef were absolutely delicious and very generous in portion size. The breakfast was also rich and served in portions; you could ask for more once you finished, preventing waste. New Year's Day was also my child's birthday. We ordered a cake to be delivered to the hotel while we were out, and the staff thoughtfully put it in the refrigerator for us immediately, which was very considerate. The free performance at the nearby theater was unexpectedly wonderful. There weren't many people when we arrived that day, and all the actors performed wholeheartedly, essentially putting on a private show just for our family. This hotel is truly excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Wushan.

The room was clean and tidy, and the lighting was bright and comfortable. It had a super large TV screen. What I particularly liked was the strong water pressure in the shower – perfect for a relaxing soak after hiking Wushan Xiaolongji. The front desk service was incredibly welcoming. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Goddess Escalator, which looks stunning at night with all the lights, definitely worth seeing! The breakfast had a good variety, and the noodles were delicious. Even if you went later, the food was still hot. Very good indeed! 👍

The room was clean and hygienic, and the price was great. I would definitely stay here again next time! The owner was very welcoming and even took us to the Three Gorges Longji hiking trail. Overall, I was very satisfied and gave it a good review.

The environment is good. I asked and the hotel was newly renovated last year, so the facilities are all new. The windows are large, and I saw that one floor even has a balcony. They are not the kind of corridor windows or dark windows, so the rooms are well lit. Shopping and getting around are very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful and has a wide variety. Eve at the front desk is very enthusiastic and resolved a small problem on the spot. The room is equipped with smart devices. In winter, if you really don't want to get out of bed, you can just turn off the lights by speaking.

Our room was immaculate, with attention to every detail, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, along with high-quality toiletries. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and any requests were promptly met. They were professional and thoughtful throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. Plus, there's a parking lot, and it's super close to the Goddess Sky Ladder, which was very convenient. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Wushan!

This hotel boasts stunning scenery and a superb location. The rooms are spacious, offering views of the Wu Gorge from the windows, with ample green space along the riverbank – a truly comfortable experience. Staying at the hotel is an integral part of the trip. Breakfast includes some local specialties. The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist pier, within walking distance, and there are many highly-rated grilled fish restaurants along the street outside the hotel.

It was very cold on the day of check-in, but thankfully the room heating and hot water for the shower were excellent, and the bathroom even had a heater – fantastic! We booked a stilted house, which allowed us to enter from the Shennv Scenic Area parking lot, saving us the trouble of carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, it was foggy and raining, so we wasted the small balcony. The courtyard was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

The location is great. I chose this hotel on a business trip to Wushan. The front desk service was excellent, and the lady at the front desk even recommended nearby restaurants and fun things to do. The room was also very clean, giving it a very hygienic feel. It was a truly unique stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I'm back on business. Highly recommended.

However, the room is quite compact, making it challenging if you’re traveling with larger luggage or need extra space to move around. One notable design issue is the bathroom – the door is made of glass and lacks any covering. This could be inconvenient as you’ll need to be cautious if others might walk past while you're using it. On a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. Another highlight is the nearby grilled fish restaurant, which I highly recommend for a delicious meal. Overall, it's a great option if you're looking for a short stay with modern amenities and don't mind the smaller space or glass-door bathroom.

The check in took a long time and the owner first tried giving us a room without a window even through we booked a double room with a window. He told us that the room we booked was already occupied and eventually gave us a room with two single beds which had a window. The place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the walls were very stained. Bedding and towels were clean but the room could do with a proper scrub and fresh paint. The shower is over a squatty toilet and the space is very tight and awkward. Also, the toilet cistern and the boiler above it leaked so it was impossible to go to the toilet without getting wet.
