GGuest User上週五下午到店，前台給開的房間，我們兩個女生前台給我們開的3樓的房間308，拿上房卡第一眼看見的是樓梯，左右看了沒發現電梯於是走樓梯上去了，爬上3樓以後發現是3樓最後一間房間。刷卡一進門，好傢伙真是好傢伙一股無名味道就沖出來了，映入眼簾的房間桌上擺着2瓶安慕希的酸奶，剛開始還想是酒店送的呢，再一看床上一片狼藉，好像經歷過世界大戰，我倆果斷下樓去找前台詢問，我説您好308房間沒有打掃，前台一臉疑問説“不能吧，打掃了吧”我們又強調了一遍沒有打掃，前台第一時間沒有給我們換房間，而是説等一下我問問，問什麼，乾淨的房間我們故意説沒打掃？！接通電話後説了兩句，然後給了我們一張二樓房間的房卡，告訴我們上去吧203，就沒了，什麼解釋也沒有，也不做任何説明，就沒了。（為什麼衞生給的分低，其他地方的環境都挺好，我們是對比過其他酒店以後才選的這裏）
