AAnonymous UserJust checked out, come to make up for an evaluation. We are here to travel, get up early to catch the trip and didn't eat breakfast. The front desk took the initiative to prepare a road meal. The milk bread and fruit were packed, which was very intimate.
The room was clean, the air conditioning and hot water were great, and it was very relieved to take a bath after a day of playing. The location is good, it is convenient to go out by car to the attractions.
Stay here next time.

The experience of staying at the Vienna Hotel was great and completely exceeded my expectations!
First of all, the location is very convenient. The traffic around the hotel is very developed, whether it is self-driving or public transportation is very convenient. There are also many places to eat and shop nearby, which solves the big problem of travel.
Secondly, the stay experience is impeccable.
· Front desk service: The front desk staff is very efficient and check-in and check-out are very fast. The attitude is kind and courteous, making people feel at home.
· Room environment: It makes people shine as soon as they enter the room! The cleaning was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, exuding the smell of sunshine, and it was instantly relaxed when they lay on it. Vienna's iconic ”five-star bed” really deserves its name, which made me sleep well all night.
· Fully equipped: The facilities in the room are very new, the air conditioning is powerful, the Wi-Fi speed is fast and stable, which is too important for me to deal with. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water comes out quickly, washing away the fatigue.
Finally, the price is very high. It is really good value for money to enjoy such high-quality service and environment at this price.
Next time I come to this city, the Vienna Hotel is still my best choice! Highly recommend to everyone!

GGuest UserThis hotel was amazing! The stay was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel has a gym with complete and clean equipment. After a busy schedule, I exercised for half an hour, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I slept with the window open all night. The price is quite cheap. I only booked it if there was an airport pick-up service. The day before I also came to pick him up, but the boss kept saying that he had made a loss. There was no pick-up service for the special price room. I didn’t see the special price room marked on the platform. There was an early flight the next day. The boss said that he could just drop it off an hour in advance. I kept thinking. If you have suffered a loss, don’t mark the price if you can’t afford it! I didn’t ask the boss to deliver it the next day. I took a taxi and it only cost ten yuan. Fortunately, I got to the airport in advance. The efficiency of Aksu Airport is too slow. If you have checked luggage, you really have to leave two hours in advance.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the appearance was very eye-catching, simple and atmospheric, complementing the surrounding environment. Entering the lobby, it is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, warm and comfortable. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and the favor was full.
The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are impeccable. The space is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bed is big and soft, the bedding is clean and tidy, and I have a good night's sleep. The hygiene is perfect, the floor and furniture are spotless, the bathroom has no smell, the toiletries are of good quality and neatly arranged.

The environment is elegant and pleasant, and the facilities are all very complete. The room was clean and odor-free, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The bed was also very comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light. Front desk staff member Xiao Yang provided thoughtful service, with a gentle and patient demeanor! 1123456 mu tou ren寵物友好，雖然老闆娘在第一眼看到我家金毛的時候眉頭皺了起來，並且反覆強調別上床。酒店是個老的酒店，但是近期新裝修過，所以設施還算新，衞生打掃的也還可以，雖然地面有些紙屑。一次性洗漱用品配備齊全，沒有紙巾。房間空調挺老了，不過製冷效果還不錯，電視機沒有找到遙控器。床品，毛巾浴巾都算乾淨，雖然床品有破洞了，毛巾浴巾也是，後來前台小姑娘幫忙給了好的毛巾和浴巾。接待小姐姐服務態度不錯。洗手間下水順暢，沒有異味，熱水温度合適，網絡也不錯。酒店地段很好找，周圍也很熱鬧，吃的，水果都有，停車就在酒店門口即可。
