This is really the first time, I don't know where the mosquitoes or small bugs bite! In short, very speechless! There are fewer types of breakfast, milk is like powdered, freshly cooked noodles are OK, and the aunt in the cafeteria is very enthusiastic.

Guest UserVery clean, good air conditioning, hot water, passing by Taihu Lake for a night is very affordable.
There is no elevator, the stairs are a bit steep, and it is not very convenient for the elderly to go up and down the stairs.
It is very convenient to eat early around.

KK5145這次入住太湖維也納酒店，體驗直接拉滿！最讓我驚喜的就是前台陳美女，她全程笑容特別有感染力，説話温柔又親切，辦理入住時動作麻利高效，還主動幫我們核對訂單細節，生怕遺漏任何需求。
得知我們是第一次來太湖玩，她特別耐心地拿出紙筆，詳細標註了周邊必去的景點路線、本地特色餐館，甚至貼心提醒了景區最佳遊覽時間和停車注意事項，比做攻略還細緻。期間有其他客人諮詢問題，她也總能及時迴應，態度始終熱情滿滿，沒有一絲懈怠，既專業又暖心，瞬間讓我們有了賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店本身也很出色，位置好、交通便利，大廳裝修氣派又温馨，房間寬敞乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠到天亮。早餐種類豐富多樣，口味也很地道，能滿足不同人的需求。但不得不説，陳美女的優質服務是這次入住的點睛之筆，有機會再來太湖，一定還選這家酒店！

Hygienic: quite clean
Environment: Not bad, very quiet, the back of the hotel building 3 is quite original.
Service: The service is not bad, the staff are very polite, although Xiaodu is not repaired well
Overall more than I expected, a good experience.
