GGuest UserThe hotel is new, but the smell is strong. The smell of the new decoration is a bit pungent. The service is good, but there are many restrictions on watching dramas and screencasting (it costs money, and it is the first time to stay). The room is small. Apart from the bed and toilet, there is only a little aisle space. The sink is outside the toilet and it is easy to get the floor wet. The king-sized double bed is wide but a bit short? The key point is that the sound insulation is not good🥲. You can hear people talking or closing the door outside. Even when the neighbor is washing up, you can hear the sound of using the sink. When I booked the hotel, I didn't know if I read the reviews saying that the sound insulation was good, or if it was an issue with the room type.

GGuest UserThe room was nice, on the eighth floor. It was a duplex, with one room on each floor. The room was fully equipped, and since it just opened this year, everything was quite new. The only downside was the parking fee – it was ridiculously expensive, 25 yuan a night! Terrible, terrible, terrible! The hotel description said it was 7 yuan a night, but I only found out it was 25 yuan when I left 😭

GGuest UserParking is convenient, the hotel lobby is clean, spacious and bright, there is free tea at the front desk, and the service is excellent, not only warm but also efficient. The room is very clean, and the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommended.

The environment is beautiful, close to the park and the air is fresh. The service is enthusiastic and proactive, helping to call a taxi and deliver water in a timely manner. The price-performance ratio is significant and it is great value for money. The buffet breakfast is rich and distinctive, with freshly ground soy milk, special preserved egg and lean meat porridge, which is memorable. The fruit is also very fresh. The overall experience is great and must be praised!

One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

The location of the hotel is super convenient, you can walk to the Changdachang supermarket next door in 2 minutes, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly all night. There was no noise interference at all. The room also had a small sofa or small table and chair. You can sit down and have a cup of milk tea when you rest.
The front desk staff was warm and professional, the check-in speed was very fast, and they also took the initiative to recommend nearby attractions and local food. The aunt who cleans the room every day is also very caring and will replenish toiletries in time.
Although the breakfast type is single, it is different every day. The hotel also has free parking tickets. You don't have to worry about parking for a long time. The price is very affordable. It is really rare to see such a high cost-effective hotel. I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city. I have already recommended it to my friends!

The room was spotless, the sheets and duvet cover were odorless, and the air conditioning was fast and quiet. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and all the toiletries were complete. The food nearby was delicious and tasty. This hotel also offers a late check-out option at 3 p.m., and if you left anything behind, you can contact the hotel and they'll ship it back immediately. The service was excellent, and the value for money was fantastic. Highly recommended!
