I called the front desk in the morning and asked, and they promised to deliver it right away. But when we were ready to leave, it still hadn't arrived. When I asked again when I checked out, the front desk apologized profusely and promised to ask the waiter to get it immediately. The wait was another 6 or 7 minutes.
