Our last stop in Xinjiang, Home Inn was really great, it felt like coming home. As soon as we walked in, the security guard (auntie) greeted us proactively, and other staff members were also very welcoming. The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers. However, Xinjiang's weather is so dry that after clothes are spin-dried, there's no need to use the dryer; they'll definitely be dry by the next day if hung in the room. Downstairs, there's a free parking lot, and plenty of dining options nearby. When we checked out, the security guard (auntie) even helped us move an electric scooter that was in the way. First of all, this hotel is very well located opposite the museum. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the young woman at reception. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit meager, with no option for soup or pasta. What I didn't like is that the ground-floor rooms are below a covered courtyard and are essentially windowless; if the curtains are open, everyone passing by falls right into the room. The courtyard's decor is also odd.

The hotel is a little way out of town and most guests seemed to have arrived by car while we had trouble getting to the hotel because the taxi driver could not read the Mandarin address. (Most taxi driver by our experience in Xinjiang cannot read Mandarin.) The woman at the front desk was always pleasant and tried to help, but it would be useful if hotel staff knew more about buses and trains. As with most hotels in China, no one on the staff could speak English. Our room was fine, very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast was not lavish, but it was perfectly adequate.

The bug was found on the bed. It was quite responsive at the time, but after contacting the waiter, their attitude was good and they quickly changed the room. I didn't expect the toilet in the second room to have no lid. I really don't want to toss and change the room. Fortunately, the impact of no lid is not big. This hotel is medium-priced and not cheap, but the management is indeed a bit lacking. I hope the store can improve it in the future and improve the accommodation experience.

In the roadside homestay, the boss is not at the front desk, the little boss is very responsible, must ask to live on the side where you can see the Zaoyuan, there is a small balcony, it is very convenient to dry clothes. Breakfast is eaten next to the downstairs, and the store next to it can buy local dates.

It made me feel what true hospitality is❤️…… It's a pity that we couldn't go to the date orchard with Sister Lin today because we were on our way to Hotan… The dates were really, really sweet. We added Sister Lin on WeChat and we must go when we come back… When we left, Sister Lin gave the children a piece of Hetian jade, for which we are extremely grateful🙏 It's been more than a month since we left, thank you for making me feel at home… The shower water was great, hotter than many hotels, super powerful! And it's very close to a famous park! Very convenient… I will definitely try Sister Lin's cooking when I come back!
