The hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. The mattress was very comfortable, and the duvet cover was supposedly a patented product. The Lee Chang-yu Criminal Investigation Museum near the hotel is highly recommended!

Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

This was a repeat stay for me, and it's truly an ideal hotel for business travelers. The location is super convenient, close to my work appointments, and parking is a breeze. The room was quiet and peaceful, perfect for both working and resting without any disturbances, and the internet speed was incredibly fast. The service was efficient and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth and seamless. Overall, the experience was excellent!

Room service responded promptly, and problems could be solved as soon as possible, which made people feel intimate. There is mainly a place to dry clothes, which is very good.

The surrounding area is great too, with Sihai Lou downstairs, making it super convenient for a Rugao-style breakfast. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent—small but refined, with everything you could need. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This stay experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The rooms are fully equipped, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is fast. The hotel is quiet, the health is in place, and the location is convenient. The location is very good, standing upstairs can see the city view, floor-to-ceiling windows are not bad. Although it is always old, it is still very clean and refreshing, the service is not bad, the breakfast has local characteristics, and it is worth recommending!

The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. It's very close to Shenjia Furniture Restaurant and Sihailou Restaurant, only about a 10-minute walk. There's a plaza next door, though. The older women there were quite friendly.

We arrived late and the front desk turned off all the lights. Check-in was quick and the room was clean. We were able to have a good rest. Only after a good rest can we have a good crab soup dumpling.
