Ripple yun hotel has great value for money. Furnishing feels modern. Front desk has very helpful and friendly customer service ladies. Cleaning crews do a good job keeping hotel clean, neat and tidy, they are friendly too. Hotel has coffee beans machine in the lobby, so can get freshly ground coffee anytime and breakfast has coffee bean machine too. There are books for browsing in the lobby and various flowers in the lobby at different season. Washer and dryer is available too. I stayed in this hotel many times, would stay here whenever I am in this area.

The front desk staff was warm and professional, checked in quickly, and took the initiative to introduce hotel facilities and surrounding information. Room service responded promptly, and problems could be solved as soon as possible, which made people feel intimate. There is mainly a place to dry clothes, which is very good.

The hotel is new and luxuriously decorated. There's even a coffee shop downstairs, making it perfect for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and equipped with smart home technology. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Rugao. We were initially drawn by its mahjong room, but upon arrival, we found the hotel to be excellent in terms of cleanliness and overall environment, especially the service – they were responsive and attentive to our needs, deserving a 5-star rating. While the breakfast was simple, the taste and variety were definitely satisfying for a family trip. The location is also convenient, not far from the old town, with a RT-Mart supermarket right across the street.

The room was spotless and very tidy, with all-new facilities and even a robot attendant. The surrounding area is great too, with Sihai Lou downstairs, making it super convenient for a Rugao-style breakfast. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent—small but refined, with everything you could need. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This May Day, I chose to visit Rugao, the hometown of Longevity. Orange Hotel has the best location, next to the ancient town of Rugao. The hotel facilities are trendy and complete, the beds in the rooms are quite big, the sanitary environment is great, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful!

The room is quite big, the hotel is nice, and we were given a free upgrade to a lake view room. The scenery outside the hotel is nice, and there are charging stations, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, and it is worth staying again.

The location is very good, standing upstairs can see the city view, floor-to-ceiling windows are not bad. Although it is always old, it is still very clean and refreshing, the service is not bad, the breakfast has local characteristics, and it is worth recommending!

Awesome stay experience! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the European decoration. It was elegant and atmospheric. The public areas were cleaned spotlessly. The green plants and murals were arranged very carefully. The check-in at the front desk was very fast and the staff was super gentle. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was also very good, and the night was particularly stable. Hotel location is also convenient, cost-effective, next time you come to choose here!

The room was nice and spacious. It was very clean. It's very close to Shenjia Furniture Restaurant and Sihailou Restaurant, only about a 10-minute walk. There's a plaza next door, though. The older women there were quite friendly.
