It’s very hot everywhere in the summer vacation. I decided to come to this mysterious Dongzhai to experience it before seeing 5 ha. I chose this store in Yuanshi B&B among the many accommodations. The homestay is located in the stockade, and the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. Surrounded by green mountains and green waters, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is like a paradise. There is also a clock tower that looks even very long. Room features - wood charm: As soon as I stepped into the room, I was surrounded by the strong woody atmosphere. The main structure of the room is almost entirely made of wood, from floor to ceiling, from bed frame to table and chair, and every detail shows the natural texture and warmth of the wood. This unique design not only gives the room a simple and elegant atmosphere, but also makes people feel close to nature. Quality of service: The owner of the homestay is still more enthusiastic and should be the aboriginal people here. They always greet every guest with a warm smile, which makes people feel particularly kind. The guesthouse is right above the bus stop. The owner came down to help with our luggage; he was very welcoming. The rooms were spacious and very clean. One evening, seeing that we hadn't eaten yet, they invited us to join them and cooked a feast. We tasted local Dong ethnic home-style cooking, which was delicious. On the day we left, because the shuttle bus was full and we needed to catch the high-speed train, the owner kindly offered to drive us to the train station. Unfortunately, my friend left his bag in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station. We had already boarded the train to our next destination. The owner also took the initiative to help us deal with the lost item. We are very grateful to the owner. The Dong people are really warm and hospitable. I am willing to go again next time and visit the owner again.

The hotel is essentially a budget hotel, and at around 200 yuan during the Dragon Boat Festival in Rongjiang, the price felt a bit high. Advantages: Basic hygiene was met. Bottled water in the lobby was practically unlimited. The restaurant service was quite attentive; we didn't have time for breakfast, and the staff packed us some steamed buns, dumplings, and pastries. It's about a kilometer from the village's sports field, which is quite close. Disadvantages: 1. The glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom was poorly designed; the upper part was transparent, and there was no curtain. When someone was in the bathroom, the direct light shone into the bed, affecting sleep. 2. The facilities were somewhat old; the toilet seat was wobbly. 3. There are many farmhouses nearby, and the roosters crowing around from 5 am onwards made it difficult for me to fall back asleep… a somewhat unexpected annoyance.
