GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, with complete and well-equipped facilities, a quiet environment, convenient transportation, and warm and thoughtful service. The staff communicated with us carefully and patiently. They even provided hot milk for bedtime and arranged a car to take us to the train station. Our group of six elderly people traveled from Shanghai to Lijiang, Dali, Mengzi, and Mile. The atmosphere and service of Xicheng Holiday Hotel were the most memorable and heartwarming aspects of our trip. We are deeply grateful to the hotel staff for leaving us with such a wonderful impression.

GGuest UserThe room size was just right, the shower water was acceptable, and there was an elevator. The main advantage was its proximity to Luoping Bus Station and Railway Station. For meals, you need to go to the area near the bus station. There are several bus lines from the bus station to the county town. To get to the Jiulong Waterfall Group, you can flag down bus number 8 at the bus stop in front of the bus station waiting hall.

KKuailededashu2067I booked this room during the blooming season, just like many other travelers who came to see the canola fields. The owners were incredibly warm and attentive. The guesthouse itself is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the room offered stunning views at an excellent value. The home-cooked meals served at the guesthouse were also delicious, hot, clean, and hygienic. The only minor downside was that the village was completely packed that night, with all rooms fully booked, which meant the hot water supply for showers was a bit slow.

GGuest UserI can't believe it's 2025, and there are still such wonderful hostels in China: bookstores, music, drinks, courtyards, and incredibly cool owners... a cultural utopia in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. It's a haven of cleanliness, a great location, excellent amenities, and a remarkably quiet environment. I hope Luoping 97 Bookstore Hostel stays open for a hundred years! Right now, I'm at Guiyang Longdongbao Airport T3 Terminal, about to board a Xiamen Airlines flight back to Nanjing. Yunnan, Guizhou, and Sichuan are a hub of delicious food and a gathering place for all kinds of culinary experts. This isn't my first time here, and it won't be my last. By the way, the hostel owner told me about the Time YHA Hostel in Yongyuan Alley next to the Presidential Palace in Nanjing. That's where my stays at China International Youth Hostels began, the place where a beautiful dream started... I miss the pre-pandemic hostel era, cherish everything I have now, and look forward to the future. Attached is a picture: the sunset I saw from the owner's rooftop that night. The sunset was beautiful; goodbye sunset.

HHuahongzhenguiOur primary goal was to visit Luoping's Jinji Fengcong (Golden Rooster Hills) and its vast rapeseed fields, so we meticulously chose and booked the highly-rated Xinyuan Dream Guesthouse on Ctrip, conveniently located within the scenic area. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our spacious view room offered direct views of Jinji Fengcong. After staying here, we realized that staying within the scenic area is absolutely the best choice, saving both time, effort, and money.
The guesthouse is run by a young, university-educated couple. The proprietress is a sweet, friendly, and charming young lady; her radiant smile is as captivating as the blooming rapeseed flowers themselves. They offer freshly prepared dishes and rice for all three meals, which are excellent value for money and taste wonderfully fresh and light. The owner even personally drove us to the scenic area entrance in his electric cart, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Right outside the guesthouse, there's a field of rapeseed flowers (Pic 2) where every casual snap turns into a stunning photo. Public transport is also conveniently accessible right outside the entrance. I've already recommended it to all my friends on social media who are planning a trip here!

ZZishanhongyeIn the summer, it is the wisest to choose to live here in Qujing. The price of less than 100 can live in the bustling area of the city center. It is the highest landmark building in Qujing. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. The facilities are consistent with the introduction, and the furniture is European style. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole wall have a wide view, you can see the Nancheng Gate and the gate of Liaokuoshan Park. The lighting is very bright. The environment is good and the transportation is convenient. In the building, shopping mall Supermarkets have everything to shop, eat and drink night markets. There are also farmers' markets nearby, and many restaurants to meet the needs. More than 1 km walk to West Street, Nanchengmen, Liaokushan Park - Park Longtan Park, etc., many bus lines downstairs are very convenient. In short, it is a good place to stay for summer. The boss is very good. On the first day of the stay, he personally picked us up to help us with our luggage. If there is a problem, we can solve it in time. The only downside is that we can't do cleaning every day. I stayed for 16 nights and didn't change the quilt cover and sheets. Although that is the case, it will come next year.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I booked a twin room because I brought children. Each bed was 1.5 meters wide. It was very comfortable and not crowded at all. The environment is clean and hygienic. Very quiet, not noisy at all, the bedding is very clean, and each bed is equipped with electric blankets. Very comfortable to live. Overall: very good, great value for money, highly recommended!
