XXiaogouduorou老闆人很好，給了一點去徒步岡仁波齊的建議。
轉山前住了一晚，轉山出來也住的這裏。
房間也很乾凈，被子沒有異味，太適合未這種喜歡悶頭睡覺的人了。
有馬桶也有蹲廁，出門住酒店有蹲廁可太棒了！
酒店洗衣機也多，晚上洗的衣服，第二天就幹了。
住了一晚樓上，店裡工作人員還幫我們提行李包上去了。
樓下有一些小零食泡麪賣
停車也方便，就停在門口。

岡仁波齊，在藏傳佛教中是神聖的存在。很多人轉山，是為了朝聖，積累功德，祈求平安。也有人，是為了那一刻站在雪山腳下、被湖泊和草原包圍的震撼。當然，還有人是想挑戰自己——用腳步丈量信念，用堅持迴應高原的呼喚。
我想，每一個走向這裏的人，內心都有一座自己的山。他們堅定、温暖、勇敢，也懂得生活真正的樣子。
我是2025年9月14日至17日入住這家酒店的，連續三晚。寫這篇，也是想給以後來轉山的你，一點實實在在的參考。
塔爾欽小鎮，藏語意思是“神山與聖湖之間”，就像它的名字一樣——安靜、遙遠，卻充滿力量。
住在這裏，你有幾種選擇：酒店、民宿，或者乾脆帳篷、車裡。看自己適合哪一種。
📍 選酒店，我最看中這兩點：
一是離轉山起點近。塔爾欽不大，但從鎮口到經幡廣場還有一段距離。住得近，第二天能多睡會兒，省體力也省車費。回來的時候，更是恨不得一秒躺平。
二是接送服務。提前問清楚酒店是否提供接送（免費or收費），真的很影響體驗。
🏔️ 關於高海拔：
塔爾欽海拔約4600米，如果你是直接抵達，強烈建議第一晚選有供氧的酒店，好好休息才能更好轉山。如果已經從拉薩等地慢慢適應過來，可能會好一些。
🛏️ 設施方面：
供暖：晚上非常冷，地暖/空調/電熱毯真的救命。
氧氣：彌散供氧或床頭氧氣管，能極大緩解高反，睡個好覺。
熱水：24小時熱水在這兒是奢侈，但至少問清楚供應時間段。
Wi-Fi：大部分有網，但別指望太快，安心“離線”一段時間也不錯。
🍽️ 吃飯：
酒店一般有餐廳，川菜、藏餐、小火鍋都有。也可以去鎮上其他餐館換換口味。
這次我住的是歡悦酒店，比較之後覺得性價比很合適：
位置極好，離轉山起終點非常近；設施齊全且乾淨，彌散氧+鼻吸管雙供氧方式，房間還有加濕器，插座管夠，窗簾都是電動的。
最驚喜的是早餐！自助式，熱粥、雞蛋、包子饅頭、玉米紅薯、桂花發糕、炒菜…吃得好暖和，出門都更有勁。
當然，也要客觀説兩句：酒店周邊部分區域還在裝修，環境略雜亂；電梯還沒裝好，得爬兩層樓（但工作人員會主動幫忙搬行李！）；偶爾房間廁所有反味，店長説已在改進。
不過，在4600米的高原上，我們已經覺得很知足了。
轉山結束後，我們還去了古格王朝、穹窿銀城、瑪旁雍錯和拉昂措，甚至一路闖上“旱地拔葱”的埡口，最後從阿里飛往喀什——整段旅程圓滿得像一場夢。
更幸運的是，轉山那天我們躲過了冰雹和大雪，一路經歷陽光、陣雨、小冰雹和彩虹……就像山神輕輕揮手，送了我們一份温柔的禮物。
這一路，是身體的地獄，眼睛的天堂，更是心靈的歸途。

It’s been half a month since Gang Rinboqi turned to the mountain. Today, I suddenly remembered that I must write a good review for this hotel! At that time, the bus went all the way to Taqin, and found this store in Trip.com . I didn’t expect to live directly in the “Shenshan Observation Deck”!
The film rate is 100% beautiful location, the left is Gang Rinpoqi, the right is Namu Nani Peak, there are many foods next to the hotel, there are Sichuan cuisine, skewers hot pot, northeast cuisine, breakfast, Tibetan food...
I especially want to say that the service is warmer, especially to praise the boss sister, the water heater water problem when I checked in on the first day, I didn't expect to turn to the mountain and find that my sister silently changed the high power! I watched the sunset, took a hot bath, and the fatigue was instantly cleared. Because I just turned to the mountain, the hotel sister also helped to order takeaway next door. That night, Mapo tofu, it is unforgettable.
There is also a special large laundry room upstairs, the bedding has the smell of sunshine, the oxygen supply equipment is also complete, although the altitude is high, but the sleep is super stable, and we want to go to Mapanyu and Laangwon, the boss also specially took us to see, recommended to see, really beautiful.
If you are also going to Gangrenboqi to transfer to the mountain, this hotel is definitely the warmest place to stay at the foot of Shenshan!

GGuest UserBecause I was afraid of altitude sickness, I made a guide in advance. I found that Pulan County was more than 3,700 meters above sea level, so I decided to book a hotel in Pulan. I found that Pulan Letu Hotel had good reviews, so I ignored its specific location and placed an order. After navigating to it, I found that it was in Huoer Township on the side of National Highway 219, with an altitude of more than 4,600 meters, 100 kilometers away from Pulan County. The room was cramped, there was no elevator on the second floor, and the luggage had to be carried up. I asked the boss to help take the luggage to the second floor. That night, my son had a serious altitude sickness and had a headache all night. Friends who have altitude sickness and self-driving travel do not recommend this place.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the starting point of the mountain, the surrounding environment is quiet and convenient for rest. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was warm, the hot water was sufficient, and there was no problem with the bath. It is really a plus to live in a heated room in the plateau area. The staff is warm and friendly, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and they also take the initiative to introduce the surrounding mountain routes and precautions, which is very intimate. Breakfast is simple but clean and suitable for plateau diet. If I come to Gang Rinpoche in the future, I will definitely choose Junyi, and I highly recommend it to other friends who are ready to come to pilgrimage or travel!
