Well, how should I put it? This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was terrible. After we parked our car there, a security guard in uniform came over. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, ”Don't worry about me, just move your car.” I said, ”What are you doing here? Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

The apartment building room we booked was exceptionally quiet and well-equipped with 24-hour hot water. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly (ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧). If we had booked the main hotel building, which also has a hot spring, we would have chosen the apartment building as a stopover. There's also a wildlife park within the complex, which is very convenient. The hotel is just a short walk from the highway exit, making it extremely convenient.
