I was woken up several times at night by the sound of people talking up and down the stairs! 3. The cleaning staff had a very bad attitude! We were talking in the room with the door open, and the waitress rushed in and said that we put a towel on the floor and made it dirty. I explained that the bathroom was very slippery when taking a shower at night, so I put it at the door to wipe the water. She got very angry and kept scolding us for a long time, leaving us completely confused! ! !

I thought it was the room card that was not swiped. I went to the front desk to swipe the room card. I met a cleaning sister in the elevator. She asked about the room I lived in. Then I took me directly to the room, patiently told me how to open the door lock, and told us when we left that if necessary, we would call the main station phone, etc., and I felt so kind instantly.

I booked a deluxe room of about 40 square meters, but the front desk gave me a smaller room of about 30 square meters (see picture below). When I found the room was too small and went to the front desk, they said the rooms were all booked and there were no more available, making all sorts of excuses! In the end, I booked a large room but stayed in a small one. Bad review.
