Very overpriced hotel for what we received for staying in Luliang. Room was clean and tidy. Parking garage wasn’t connected to the hotel.

這是我第一次出差，算得上陸良最好的酒店了，環境不錯，前台的工作人員很熱情，人也是很漂亮，我訂成了標間，我跟她們説了我一個人，想睡一個床，給我換了個單間，房間很乾凈，沒得什麼味道，早餐也可以，我的問題工作人員都及時的幫我解決，以後還來。

這是陸良最好的酒店，也是我們一路入住滿意的酒店。2019年曾來入住，體驗很好，又續住了一天。這回又專程來住，感覺很親切。酒店設施很好，住着舒服。前台的員工服務規範，熱情專業。給我們留下深刻的好印象。房間乾淨整潔，非常滿意。謝謝弘悦湖大酒店，提供優質的服務。

酒店的中央空調就是擺設，入住那天晚上12點多打電話到前台問空調的問題，值班經理態度極差，話還沒説完就説要問工程部，非常不耐煩，之後就不了了之了，應該不是第一次出這個問題，房間內門鎖上有一粒米飯，住了2晚退房都還在，打掃衞生一定有問題，馬桶的尿漬也是，床單也是破的，不知道怎麼評上的五星酒店😅😅😅

來陸良衹住這家酒店，停車方便，附近吃食也有眾多選擇，旁邊的黃老四米線味道極好，分量十足，大份才9元，唯一的缺點就是不外賣，因為吃客太多，忙不過來～

酒店最不能忍受的就是網絡不暢，Wi-Fi卡的不行不行的。打開一個圖片要轉很久，能急**。視頻會議更卡。這一點是最要命的。8:40下來吃早餐，用餐人很多，吃的東西卻很少，煮米線可以用擁擠來形容，不想排隊耽誤時間，簡單吃點，都很涼。
