GGuest UserThe experience of traveling in Shanwei was fully realized because I booked this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is an hour's drive from the Red Sea Bay. There is Jinxiang nearby for night view and Shanghai Bund for catching seafood. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It’s very close to everywhere in Yanji. The staff are very polite and kind! Very good! The room is spacious and clean. I plan to stay here next time I go to Yanji! Highly recommend. The breakfast coupons provided are rich in variety and delicious.

CCVFI had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

This business trip chose to stay at Lufeng Longshan Hotel, it was a wise decision! The whole experience far exceeded expectations and left a very deep impression on me, especially the waiter named Xiaochu at the front desk, who must be named and praised!
About the overall hotel experience
Excellent location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, whether it is to go to work or explore Lufeng city, the transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding living facilities are also very complete.
Comfortable environment: When you walk into the lobby, you feel bright and tidy, and the decoration style is comfortable and pleasant. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a rare good night's sleep. The sound insulation effect is also good, ensuring the quality of rest.
Perfect facilities: the room is fully equipped and well maintained, air conditioning is strong, hot water is sufficient and stable, and the network speed is very fast, which meets all my needs for work and rest. The public areas are also kept very clean.
Value for money: Comprehensive environment, services and facilities, the price is very high, definitely worth recommending.

This stay experience can be so perfect, a large part of the credit goes to the girl named Xiao Chu at the front desk! Her service is exemplary:
1. Warm and thoughtful, at home: From the moment she stepped into the hotel door, Xiao Chu greeted us with a sincere and cordial smile. When checking in, she was extremely warm and friendly, without a trace of impatience. A sentence ”the journey is hard, welcome to Longshan Hotel!” instantly eliminated my fatigue all the way, feeling as warm as returning home.
2. Professional and efficient, meticulous: Xiao Chu's business ability is very skilled, and the check-in procedure is fast and accurate. She not only clearly introduced the hotel's facilities (such as breakfast time, location, etc.), but also asked me if I had special needs. When I learned that I was coming to Lufeng for the first time, she was very enthusiastic about providing advice on surrounding food and attractions, and I was surprised by this meticulous service that exceeded expectations.
3. Proactive and solve problems: During my stay, I had a small question about the room facilities. I called the front desk and just answered Xiao Chu. She listened patiently to my description, gave a clear answer at the first time, and asked if engineers needed to come to see (although the problem was small). This proactive attitude to solve the problem made people feel very at ease and practical.
4. Sincerely friendly, warm smile: Every time I pass the front desk, whether Xiao Chu is busy or idle, she will meet with a warm smile and nod her head. When checking out, she is also efficient and professional, and sincerely wish me a smooth journey or a smooth work. Her smile and sincerity is a shining business card of Longshan Hotel!

AAnonymous UserIt's OK for business trips, but it's close to the beach, so it's really noisy. I still have to upgrade to other room types, which will be more comfortable and have a direct view of the Yingjiang River. The feeling will be very different when you open the door.

GGuest User這家酒店真的太棒了！位置特別好，就在市中心，出行非常方便，周邊有很多好吃的和好玩的。進入酒店大堂，環境寬敞明亮，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住也很快。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪特別舒服，睡起來很解乏。房間裏的設施一應俱全，電視、空調、熱水壺等都運轉良好，而且衞生間也很乾凈，沒有異味。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲料應有盡有，味道也很不錯。晚上睡覺的時候很安靜，完全不會被外界的聲音打擾。總之，這次入住體驗非常好，下次有機會還會選擇這家酒店，強烈推薦給大家！
