GGuest UserThe hotel environment was excellent. After we placed our order, the front desk proactively contacted us, providing the exact location and sending a driving guide video. Upon arrival, a young man was there to guide us to parking, help with our luggage, and escort us upstairs. The room was clean and tidy, with a charmingly child-friendly design, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers – a thoughtful touch that our child loved. The room was completely odor-free, and we slept soundly through the night. The hotel also helped us with the hot spring resort tickets. Overall, a fantastic experience! We even got to drink tea brewed by the owner himself.

GGuest UserI didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

There was not much to go to the hall before 9 o'clock in the morning, and the milk and soy milk were gone. I just picked up a few buns and asked the waiter where to sit. The waiter pointed to two tables full of leftovers. I said can I sit here? She only knew to clean up the dumplings.
