The hotel owners went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even inviting us to share a meal with them. The room is not luxurious but is clean and spacious, really good for families. The hotel is located right next to the dinosaur valley park, in a small village with restaurants.

The front desk proactively offered a free room upgrade and even asked me to rate the room amenities. Crucially, there was free parking, complimentary breakfast, and the hotel service was excellent. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room was cozy and spacious, the location was superb, the housekeeping staff were friendly, the front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room price was very reasonable – great value for money! I received more than just a comfortable and pleasant stay; I also experienced the warmth and charm of everyday life. That's my review of this hotel. Superb!

I didn’t do any guides, so I went on Ctrip when I arrived in Heijing Town. I saw that this hotel had a rating of 4.9 and it was an old house renovated. I thought that when I arrived in the ancient town, I should live in an old house and experience it. After I made the reservation, the hotel called and said that there might be no room available and asked me to wait. Unexpectedly, I immediately received a call from Ctrip customer service to ask if it had been resolved. Thank you Ctrip for your timely attention and follow-up. Later we were able to check in according to the room type we booked. This is a light luxury B&B converted from the Qiao Family Courtyard. A blend of modern and traditional, very quiet. The service provided by the girls at the inn is very good👍very heart-warming. Sisters who like to take pictures can bring some good-looking clothes, which will be very photogenic.

The boss is very warm and welcoming, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. I hope that the bedside socket of the twin room will be increased to two. I hope to increase the indoor cloakroom.

From the enthusiastic and efficient check-in at the front desk to the thoughtful and meticulous care of the room service staff, the whole process makes people feel warm. Take the initiative to help with luggage, and patiently introduce surrounding attractions and food. If you encounter small problems during your stay, the staff can also respond quickly and properly solve them. The service attitude and efficiency are impeccable.

A comfortable small hotel. Perfect for a stop over in Tuguan. The lady owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything you need. There is a small shop right across the street and a small restaurant next to the hotel, making the stay very convenient.
