首先就要誇讚店內的服務水準，整體服務温柔又周到。前台人員待人親切大方，辦理入住乾脆利落，流程順暢不拖沓，溝通起來輕鬆舒服。全程服務貼心細緻，態度謙和有禮，有任何需求都會快速響應處理，待人真誠用心，讓人從抵達開始就感到格外舒心放鬆。
酒店整體環境簡約高級，整體氛圍安靜雅緻，公共區域整潔清爽，打理的乾乾淨淨，環境安靜清幽，完全不會吵鬧，入住氛圍感直接拉滿。
客房的衞生是我最為看重的部分，這一家完全做到滿分標準。全屋打掃徹底到位，各個角落都清理得乾乾淨淨，不存在灰塵與衞生死角。床品乾淨蓬鬆潔白無異味，觸感柔軟親膚。衞生間乾濕分離設計合理，整體乾爽整潔，洗漱用品配備齊全品質很好，衞生做得一絲不苟，對講究乾淨的客人而言完全可以放心入住。
房間空間開闊通透，佈局大方合理，居住不會感到壓抑。全屋搭載智能語音控制系統，日常調控燈光、空調、窗簾都可以語音操作，便捷省心科技感十足。床墊挑選的十分合適，軟硬適中躺下十分解壓。牆體隔音效果相當優秀，外界的雜音完全隔絕，休息的時候靜謐安穩，睡眠質量特別好。
綜合對比同價位的酒店，素柏雲酒店的性價比直接遙遙領先。定價親民實惠，但是硬件設施、衞生標準、服務態度全部遠超同等檔次。整次入住全程舒心沒有任何不好的體驗，方方面面都讓人感到滿意。

The bedding is made of Yalan bedding, with CBD mattresses, soft and supportive, which can relieve the fatigue of the day and make people have a comfortable sleep experience; the bathroom is the Faenza brand, the quality is reliable, the water is smooth, and the constant temperature shower makes the bathing become a kind of enjoyment. The check in was rather complicated though, presumably because the receptionist was doing it for the first time. That’s fine but rather than being given a room card whilst they sort it out you’re made to wait. Was at least half an hour.
Otherwise the hotel room was okay for the price.

雖然是公共衞生間，但是打掃的很乾凈，老闆叔叔也很熱情，因為我是女生給我找了間靠近衞生間的屋子，洗漱化粧很方便，有電熱毯，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得很好，走廊裏有很多監控，挺安全的。如果是將就一晚上的話可以推薦
